How a company can be so absolutely awful is unfathomable to me! My 24-year-old daughter passed away in November from cancer. She left behind a 5-year-old daughter, who lived in a rental property managed by Progress Residential with her father after she passed. The father did not pay the rent even though we provided him with funds to do so and fled the home, leaving our granddaughters' and daughter's personal belongings behind. The father left the child with her grandparents and disappeared, knowing he was soon getting evicted. When trying to obtain our grandchild's property, Progress Residential decided we could not have access and stated that these personal items, our daughters' and granddaughters ' belongings, would be thrown out in a few weeks. I have provided the company with her death certificate and other documents, but as my daughter did not have a will, they are making me file with the court. I now have to fly to Arizona, file with the court, and wait 6 months or more for access to a baby blanket, an urn necklace, Christmas ornaments, and sentimental mementos that are of no value, but are priceless to me and my grandaughter, even after repeatedly asking for any option to ensure my daughter's remains and every physical memory my granddaughter has left of her mother is not lost forever, including walking through with a representative of the company and my granddaughter to get these small things. Their replies are cold, absolutely immoral, and ridiculous. What are they losing by giving us these small things instead of throwing them out after the father never comes to retrieve them by a certain date? Not to mention that I had to call back every day just to get an email telling me to contact them, which has left me with less than a week to file paperwork I didn't even know I would need. They are literally trying to make it impossible for us, for no legal reason other than spite. read more

Our experience with Progress Residential has been incredibly frustrating. We have been actively trying to resolve our rent payment, but instead of receiving help, we have been met with poor communication and little to no response. After we were locked out of the online payment portal, we did exactly what we were instructed to do and mailed a cashier's, to the address provided. Since then, we have made repeated attempts to confirm whether the payment was received. We have sent multiple emails, made phone calls, and reached out in every way we could, yet we have received little to no communication in return. While we were waiting for our payment to be located and processed, an eviction case was filed against us. It is incredibly discouraging to be making every effort to pay and resolve the situation while being ignored. No one has been able to tell us where our payment is, when it will be posted, or provide any meaningful update. No customer should have to chase a company just to confirm receipt of a cashier's check. We understand financial obligations, and we have been doing everything we can to fulfill ours. What has made this experience so upsetting is not simply the payment issue, but the complete lack of communication, follow-up, and customer service. If you rent through Progress Residential, be prepared for significant challenges if anything goes wrong with your account. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! Progress Residential is hands down the most unprofessional, negligent, and dishonest company I've ever had to work with. I leased a home sight unseen while moving from out of state. I figured working with a large management company, I'd avoid issues like rental scams, but I was SO wrong. What I arrived to on move in day, 2 weeks after Progress had the home "ready" for me, was awful. The home hadn't been cleaned, roaches and spiders everywhere, and dog feces left in the backyard by the previous tenants. I immediately called Angelina, the leasing agent, who told me there was nothing she could do and that I should submit a work order and someone would call me on the next business day. I followed up by phone and email every single day for the next 3 weeks before anyone from Progress called me to discuss any of my concerns with the house. In that time I was passed off by every person I spoke to at Progress, everyone told me someone would call me right away, but that was a lie. After another week of waiting for "leadership" to review my concerns, I was told these issues were my fault for not seeing the house and bringing these issues to their attention before I moved in. Absolutely unreal. Now, three months into my lease, they've been repeatedly billing me for electricity at a completely different address than mine, in another city, and no one seems to know why it's happening or how to stop it. No one at this company takes ownership of anything. You'll never reach anyone beyond a call center that can't actually fix anything. Leadership and accountability is nonexistent at Progress. They're a scam disguised as a property management company. I'm counting down the days until my lease ends so I never have to deal with this absolute joke of a company ever again. read more

They supposedly raised the rent from $1700 to $3000 without telling us. They waited until we owed them $5000 in court fees for an eviction to let us know that we were backed up on rent. Gave us all of 5 days to get out. Then when they successfully evicted us, a week after the place was back on the market for $1750. This company makes me even more sick then it did last week! They kept almost $900 of my deposit and they tried showing me photos of damages from before we moved in! I'm not talking about stuff that we called out when we moved in but stuff that was done by tenants BEFORE us then Progress Residential fixed those items so we were none the wiser then we completed the Rent Checkly and our photos CLEARLY show no damages. They will keep your security deposit even if you pay for a cleaning service (which they require) and leave the house crystal clean, minus 1 splatter mark UNDER the microwave. They will also leave the backyard overgrown, the bathrooms filthy, and then charge the resident upon move-out. They do not respond unless they are the ones trying to collect money. Terrible company. I am a landlord next to one of their properties - their home is in a state is disrepair. 50% of their roof shingles are missing. Their AC condenser is rusted over and has been for many years. We have a mutual fence that has fallen- they refuse to split the cost. They claim they will cover the entire cost (at their own snail pace). I cannot even imagine what being a tenant must be like. From other reviews and lawsuits- it's obviously terrible. Large corporations should not be landlords. Especially if they cannot maintain upkeep of their homes. Plain and simple. 8/5/24 Update: Their customer service team has informed me their service repairs are currently scheduled 30 to 90 days. Unfathomable. Meanwhile I have a contractor on standby ready to repair the fence. My solution proposed to Progress was to split the cost of the shared fence. Apparently this is too complicated for their team - as they do not have an established process on how to split the cost of a repair with a neighbor. Laughable. A massive corporation and they lack this SOP? I highlight doubt this. What this tells me is - 'get in line and wait until we are ready.' As previously mentioned the home that neighbors my property has been in a state of disrepair for YEARS. Ive been with Progress Residential for 5 months now. Haven't had any major issues (yet). I do have 1 problem that I wish I noticed before signing my 1 year lease. They painted the whole inside of the house with a FLAT PAINT! if you know anything about flat paint, you know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. Any dirt, scratch or stain, MUST be painted over. Ive noticed that ANY & EVERYTHING sticks to my walls. Its a magnet and gets dirty from anything. Its very frustrating that I have to constantly paint over any mark on my walls. I called and told them about this, and they said they couldn't do anything because ive already moved in. Im beyond frustrated. I have 5 kids and a dog. I keep a VERY clean home and because im such a clean freak, I have to constantly touch up the paint on the walls. WHO THE HELL DOES THIS TO THEIR RESIDENTS?! FLAT PAINT?! REALLY?!!! I cant wait till my lease is over! Ive lived in many apartments & homes throughout my life, in California and Arizona. And I have never had to deal with this issue before. Very disappointed in how we are getting treated as of recently. AC have been out for over 20 days. Response time is slow. Now I feel like they are ducking our calls for getting a hotel. We are getting the run around. " talk to our after hours team" after hours team says they can only get us a hotel for one night at a time. Unprofessional company. Understaffed, under-trained, 2 managers on board-really? Nationwide 2 Managers! Employee B doesn't know what Employee A is saying or doing for/too customers. Because of this I was under fire and had to make a choice that I shouldn't have had to make end of my 1st year lease. They returned my money orders and then heck started. They lied and on usps tracking nothing was delivered. They also wanted to increase rent for next year, I used my sales background twice to say ahhhh economy is tanking. Homes are decreasing.... In looking back....the rent was overpriced for area from the beginning.... Yet add trash/water/sewer to your rent also! I knew this But they/City charged $35 just for trash alone! I do not live in a house managed by Progress Residential, but I work for an HOA management company that has tenants coming in complaining. I had a tenant that said she had just moved in a month ago to a house that is managed by Progress Residential. She was not provided a gate remote or mailbox keys, only house keys. Progress Residential told her it was her responsibility to go to the post office to get the mailbox number and work with a locksmith to get the box rekeyed. She will have to pay for this herself, not be reimbursed by Progress Residential. She also was told when she moved in and asked about the gate that there was a code to use that maybe would work. A few weeks ago then she was told that she needed to come to our HOA office to pick up a gate remote, that it was required. Progress Residential told her just to show up and pay for the remote and they would reimburse her once she sent the receipt. Progress Residential never reached out to the Community Manager at our HOA office to set up the pick up and also did not communicate to the tenant how she would be able to pay for the remote at our office. They did not even give her the name of our HOA office, only an address for her to go to. If this is how Progress Residential "manages" then I would NEVER want to live in one of their homes. They need to be taking better care of the tenants! I hope that the tenant does not have any other issues with Progress Residential and that the "service" she is receiving significantly improves. read more

Trying to get Progress Residential's attention. We have told them that there is a leak since January 2024. They patched up an outside faucet that did not fix the problem. Our bathroom ceiling started leaking when the snow was melting. They came out 3x for 3 seperate complaints, when they finally decided to replace the roof. We have had standing water for a period of time in our basement. It has spread to three rooms. They came out and "fixed" the ac that was causing this. The AC wasn't hooked up properly and caused a body of water to accumulate under the AC unit which poured into 3 rooms. They refuse to do an air quality check because they claimed their team did all of the required measures to make sure it was in good liveable conditions. They did not dry out the floors, nor did they fix the leak at the time. The plumber they hired told me there is a significant amount of visible water damage throughout this whole house and an air qualify check is extremely important. Progress denied us from being allowed to get an air quality check. I told them I would pay for it. It is better to address this now before it gets worse. It will end up costing them more money in the future and I am willing to help in anyway that I can. Our ceiling started leaking in the basement in an unrelated incident. They came out and found the leak for this problem. There is still a hole in our ceiling. And the lines are not fixed (we can not use this water line, so we can not water our outdoor garden that we spent time and money on) Remember, they assured us the job was done correctly and now our ceiling is pouring water and we shouldn't be concerned of mold. When they did nothing to dry any of these other incidents. This is 5 seperate leaks. I'm pretty sure a simple air quality check wouldn't be too much to ask. Why is no one listening to me? Please kindly share this far and wide and maybe someone will take the health and safety of not only my life, but my children's lives seriously. Rip you off of your Security Deposit. Was told there is a fee the same cost as our Security Deposit for non-sufficient notice to vacate. Keep in mind we noticed to Vacate a month before the end of our lease since we were not extending, but because it was not 60 Days they took everything! I understand keeping some for cleaning or light fixing for some ware, but that was just a bunch of crap! "It's in the lease" is the only answer they would reply with. The house was nice, but during our stay we got raked over coals for a leak in their irrigation that took 3 months to sort out getting our money back for our monthly water costs. I would strongly advise to stay far away from a Progress Residential rental unless you want to eventually start the long process of taking them to court. Currently we are dealing with the hardship inflicted by them not sending our security deposit back in time - they clearly lied to me several times about getting it out (see photos). I guess they didn't realize that USPS time spamps the date a new piece of postage is transferred into their possession. Unfortunately this was far from the only issue we have had with them. Throughout our year lease we had consistent problems with Progress and I am told that we will sadly continue to have to deal with them even after having moved out for up to another year. When we first moved in we got hit with an HOA violation for the months prior to our move in date. The HOA fine as well as a fee from Progress for having received a HOA violation. I take pride in where I live and pull weeds and do yard work weekly so I reached out to the HOA to investigate. They (HOA) quickly let us know we weren't the responsible party via email (see photos) but that the issue was that Progress had not informed them that the property was vacant. A lapse of communication on Progress' end. Regardless Progress Residential made us pay a their fee for having received the violation on time or deal with getting a non compliance fee from them. This was a two month process that was addressed by myself and the HOA right away. Alas 10+ emails and phone calls was not enough to have the bogus charge removed from our account after two months. Instead of getting our security deposit mailed to us they opted to mail us an utterly fabricated bill (see photo) for the month of August 2022 at a month to month rate. Our move out date was August 1st, we had our exit walkthrough the following day with a Progress Residential representative at the empty, professionally cleaned home. Their move out perfered vendors list (see photos) also had the number to the Arizona State Corrections listed for a carpet cleaning service.. Progress Residential is a verifiably belligerent company who has literally broken the law and I am greatly looking forward to sticking it to these clowns in court. read more

This company doesn't care about anything but money , I've had them back 3 times already for MOLD in the bathroom and they want to half ass everything to repair. I also have got a " warning " for my 5 weeds I had out front ( which came from my neighbor's yard ) and even know the HOA said it was a " Warning " Progress Residential is fining me $45 for " Administrative Fees " because the HOA sent them a copy of the warning . I've also gotten really hight Water bills lately ( The last one was for $370 ) and this house is only 1550sft and it's taking them forever to figure out the problem, I think the meter is faulty but the are saying I had and irrigation leak. $370 water bill means if the irrigation was leaking the house has to be under water for that amount of water. I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office but trying to let people know before they get caught up in a lease agreement with this company. read more

Thinking about renting a home from progress think again what a horrible experience I had what a horrible home I was living in what horrible customer service in all departments I received their quality is crap. They don't care about the tenants. They care about money they care about having that house rented, and they don't care about anything else, they are shady AF . If the tenants that were there prior to me didn't happen to leave a list of all the things that needed to be fixed that were not fixed. I would've never known how shady they were, but they actually tried to charge me after I moved out to paint and fix nail holes in the walls even though I never hung anything up in the house and I had to explain that to them they don't answer all your questions they give you basically one line responses. Worst company to rent a home from I would never use them again. I will never give them anything positive and if somebody asked me about them, I would tell them to run the opposite way and don't deal with them. the ledger of the money they receive and money that's gone out and what they owe me or what I owe them is so crazy you can't make heads or tails of it and I can't even imagine how many people just said screw it and ended up paying them without even looking at it not knowing that they were probably getting ripped off. No big surprise here! This company is a GIANT SCAM! I applied for a home on April 18th. First they came back with needing to verify everyone's identification that would be living in the home. We submitted all proper documents along with the $55 per person application fees. There were 4 adults moving into this home so yeah $220. We resent the ID verifications they asked for. Then they said to give them 72 hours to process the application. We waited over a week and then finally got another email asking to verify the ID of the same two people from the first request. This was the first time I decided to actually call them. Well the people are nice on the phone and basically feed you a bunch of nonsense and give you the runaround because they really truly do not have any information to give. So we got the second request for ID verifications figured out and then they gave me some excuse that the whole ID thing caused it to be put back to the beginning of the application process or something like that. At this point, I know this company is full of you know what. Well I decided to start messing with them and I called them every single day for a week just to see what their responses would be. I got some good ones, "I honestly don't know what's taking so long_ and "Well I'm going to get to the bottom of this for you and I'll be sending out an email immediately to get this going for you" and of course "I'm so sorry this is happening to you. This never takes this long". All nonsense!! They are crooks, thieves, shady, unprofessional, liars and the "business" should be shut down! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well which I'm sure is not the first nor will it be the last time they've been reported. I really cannot say more because my choice of words will not be allowed in the review. Oh and by the way, they finally got back to me yesterday, May 8th, and let me know that because they could not verify our IDs, they had to decline us for the house. No one knows what they're talking about. The home was great location wise but it was not very clean when we moved in. They also do not offer payment plans any longer so if you have a balance when you move out it needs to be paid in full. I reported the house next door over TWO WEEKS AGO. There is water coming out from the secondary condensation overflow line for the a/c unit in the attic. By now, the ceiling has either collapsed or is just about ready to. Shame on this company for letting such a costly repair continue to grow. It could have been so simple and cheap to fix. Not now. Great company, they work with the the Section 8 housing authority. They process is easy the only thing I believe they need to change is if a family has a voucher for a five-bedroom and and find a four-bedroom, they shouldn't need to change the voucher size on paperwork just to be able to get a house of lesser bedrooms. Do not rent from this company!! At first I thought they were great due to them leaving us alone. Turns out they just don't care for their residents. Our AC was out in the middle of an Arizona summer, our house got up to 95 degrees by 2pm! I have children and animals and I called the emergency line 6 times! No one came out to help me until 3.5 days later! I also wasn't given any options of assistance until day 3 even with me calling multiple times. Our refrigerator has not been working for over a month and a half now. I've had 3 technicians come to take a look, each one couldn't fix it. Turns out a new part needed to be ordered. They scheduled a new appointment with me a week in advance and finally they were supposed to come. I get a notification that my job had been complete even with no one showing up. I called and they said they gave it to the wrong tech and I have to wait 3 more days. Customer service sucks. They do not care for you at all. They have so sympathy or compassion whatsoever. So, when it comes to providing proof of income using their third-party services it will not allow you to complete the process. When speaking with a representative I informed them that I can obtain my bank statement to provide the proof of income. The representative from the company stated since I have a Business Account, it considered I have "No Account". In addiction they also stated that this company takes absolutely no proof of income under any circumstances. That includes pay stubs directly from place of employment, any awards letters directly from Social Security or any other documents indicating source of income. Also not stated before applying. With that being said they suggested to include a guarantor, supposedly I still had a few days to complete the additional application but to my surprise they deny the application within hours. Never giving me the opportunity to do so. This company is geared to take money unjustly! If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would! My family and I just moved in, almost three weeks ago, and the house has so many issues!! The heat in Az is starting to kick in and the a/c doesn't work, they had a third party come fix it, but it took forever for progress to approve the fix! Our stovetop doesn't even heat up, dryer vent is clogged, and when we were given the house, it looked like a jungle in the front and back yard. Yet they expect us to return the home with no weeds/grass. I would NEVER recommend this place or even renew my contract with progress. read more

My significant other and I have been looking for a new house for a few months since our landlord has decided he would rather have cash down on his property than lease to own. He's been very understanding with us and allowing us to take extra time to make sure we find a home that meets our needs within our budget. We finally found a house that worked for us with Progress Residential and it lined up well with our time frame at the beginning of July. The date to view was listed as a Monday in August. We both have Monday off every week so we were set. We put our application in and it was approved. Two weeks ago, on a Thursday, we got an email at 4 pm saying that we had 24 hours to view our home to accept or deny or we would lose the money we had down. We tried to get in touch with them but if course there was no one in the office by the time either of us were able to take a break at our night shift jobs. We emailed them and they got back to us first thing in the morning saying that there was nothing they could do about this arbitrary timing and that it was somehow on us despite giving no advance notice. We were aggravated but we still went to the house. It was in a gated community that they did not give us a pass code to. We were fortunate enough to get someone to let us in after lurking outside the gate for about half an hour even though we had been trying to contact them the entire time we had been waiting. So even though we were set up for failure we finally went to look at the house. It didn't match our preferences in a lot of ways and the hot water heater seemed to be broken. We told them we weren't taking the house so they said they would move the application. This is where the nightmare starts. We've had multiple people dealing with us through the ordeal who keep blaming the other person for miscommunication but that's somewhat understandable until it comes down to our current situation. We found another house in the small list of houses we could choose from that was actually within the price range and distance we specified and they said they would just move the application over. Afterwards we saw the property listed as unavailable and our agent confirmed that our application went through and to check our email for links for any additional paperwork or fees. We continuously checked our email for a few days and finally emailed back, inquiring about the move-in date for the house that we had been approved for. They got back to us promptly this time to tell us that our application was canceled and to call for more information. We have been both been calling and being put on hold for upwards of half an hour with no response. I'm sure whatever fees we were charged are taken and honestly I wouldn't even be surprised to find out our identities got stolen or something in the coming weeks. Unbelievable, it's 110 degrees out currently and they said they can't have a tech out to fix our AC until Wednesday. Also they said we can't have anyone look at it. Wow this place has reached an all time low. First week we moved in our dishwasher and microwave didn't work for a month. Zero considerations were given. They didn't pro rate my last month of rent either, they wanted me to pay full amount and then said they would refund the excess to me-super shady especially given they haven't returned my money yet. This company is very deceptive and has a lack of care for it's tenants. They are numbers not people. When we were shown the house we were told that Progress would take care of the tree trimming since the trees were over 8 feet. When I went to request the service to trim the trees I was told they weren't tall enough (they were). Long story short I got a lawyer involved and they said the company worded the lease agreement in a way that it can be interpreted in multiple ways that would makes it so Progress is never responsible to trim the trees. Also, I've been at this property for 2 years and my rent has gone up $400+ dollars. Mind you this is during a pandemic when many people are struggling financially. But they have done nothing to try and ease that strain, only made it worse, and could care less. When I questioned why my rent has gone up so much I got a cold response of "We are following the prices for your area". I've sent two response emails since, with no response. They are deceptive and uncaring. Even if you love the home your looking at, I strongly recommend you find a home rented by a different property management company or person. read more

I've been going back and forth with Progress Residential for 2 months now just to get a simple pool key. Their customer service is not very knowledgeable - or only a few are, when it comes to procedure. It took 5 calls just to get someone to get me in contact with the HOA for the paperwork that needed to be filled out. Then 5 more calls to keep everyone on track to do their job and submit their paperwork for tenant residency. It shouldn't be a tenants responsibly to manage your employees. Whether it be that they need more training, or Progress needs to review their protocols - get it done. I asked about a customer complaint line, figured these concerns would be beneficial to the company, however, I was dismissed so hope this finds you well. Also, be aware of all the hidden fees associated with being a Progress Residential tenant that you don't find out about right away. Outside of these complaints, they are actually very diligent about maintenance requests so that's 1 positive. read more

The worst company you can ever rent from. Don't expect your security deposit back. You can leave the house looking better and they will still do everything they can to keep your deposit. I sent our notice to vacate 60 days in advance and to their convenience they never received. So get this they are keeping $1600 of my security when I did give notice to vacate. 3 on your side is a local news investigator that I am contacting immediately along with my lawyer. I will not be bullied when I did everything expected and was a great tenant. We need to stand together and stop supporting horrible business that do nothing but hurt Americans!! Do NOT rent from this company. They claim that their REFUNDABLE holding fee is not refundable if you get approved for the house. We got approved and then decided to move to a different place. Thank god we did. I had to jump through multiple hoops to speak to customer service and get my refund. A company should not claim a refund is a hundred percent refundable and not send it back. I was also told by 3 customer service representatives that a check was already sent out and if I did not receive it by this last Monday to give a call back. They are scamming by putting that its not refundable in extremely fine print on their website. I would not trust this company. I am not the only person that has dealt with this check out the other reviews that claim the same scumminess. Let me start this by first saying...more than half of the 5 star reviews on here have nothing to do with progress residential. They are reviewing the company that came to eventually fix the property that did not work. The people they are mentioning and the work being done are not the work or employees of progress residential lol. They take the credit though lol. Anyway... I have been in this home since another company owned and rented it to me. Our first summer we had the A/C fail and it was a very old A/C. That happens in the summer. The company I rented from at that time had two new A/C's put in and ripped the entire old system out including some plumbing. This company has not fixed mine in over a week and is saying it will be another week still. To replace one piece that would take 15 min to do. Apparently disabled customers of acquired properties are not a priority. Now, my A/C is out right? They want me to do a visual inspection, upstairs, in the heat, where it is 90 degrees or higher. I said. I do not work in the heat due to my health and can not do it until the A/C is fixed. I have everyone everywhere to make room in the rooms I rented portable A/C's out of my own pocket by the way and had to have a handy man come put them in for me again out of my own pocket. They then send me an email saying "it's mandatory and there are no extensions so get it done" well providing the service I paid for last year and this year at almost $3,000 a month is mandatory as well. Providing A/C to a resident that has paid for it is mandatory as well. Great customer service so far. Bunch of nickel and dimming hustlers. DO NOT RENT HERE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Customer service is horrible. Prices are way too high for the market and the value of the home is lower then when I first got here yet the rent goes up? I signed a lease at a much lower rent and they nickel and dime fees that were not in my lease agreement to get the rent increase they could not get since I was already in a lease. I have left many reviews of many companies. I am not some one time low star ranting jerk. Look at my reviews. I have put in many positive reviews with long beautiful compliments and thorough reviews. So, take this as it is. A real, solid, detailed review of a company that does not care at all. They never followed up but once on the A/C but followed up every day so far for me to do and inspection. That alone says it all. No sorry your A/C is out don't worry do the inspection as soon as it's fixed no. Instead this is what they send: There isn't an extension that can be provided. If we pass the due date for the self-guided inspection, RentCheck will continue to send reminders until it is completed. Note that the "Home Health Checkup" inspection is mandatory. Now, they also charged us fees that are not in our lease agreement from the other company and we asked them. They said don't pay it and we will open a case. Agreed the charges were wrong then charged us over $400 in late fees for $90 in fees they said are valid. Wow. What a horrible company with no ethics what so ever. This will all be ran by a lawyer as well as every government agency that I can find. read more

Do not rent from this company! I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I've moved out, provided notice on their website 60 days in advance, payed hundreds for professional cleaning services and carpet cleaning left receipts and proof, only for Progress Residential to try and charge me over $3,000 for a full months rent on a property I vacated, and for cleaning services when I actually provided them receipts that were left on the counters and I have photos and videos of the receipts and the condition of the home when I vacated. It was cleaner than when I moved in. They are claiming their website doesn't work for move out requests. How absolutely ironic. This company is absolutely dishonest, and completely immoral. They don't care about anything but greed. Stay very far away from them! read more
