They claimed the problem was with my truck, which the dealership said it was from the improper install. So I talked to the manager of the Lube City and he would not refund my money from the oil change or the bill from the dealership. I had to talk to their Vice president and threaten to put a write up in the Stony Plain reporter before he would even call the dealership. After he called the dealership he finally agreed to refund my money. I would not recommend Lube City to anyone I know. They talk about there warranty, if anything goes wrong, but if it does they just blame it on something else so they are not responsible. I hope they close the doors on this business, if this is how they are going to operate.

I had the opportunity to drive in heavy rain this week on Highway 2. Passing semi's always gave me pause, even in the SUV. With the coating the water ran off the windshield faster than the wipers moved. Not once did I have to speed up the wipers to see. I looked up Crackmasters and saw glowing reviews. This was utterly painless - I drove up and Philip came out. He grabbed the keys and told me he'd text in a couple hours or so. It was done a bit earlier and picking up was just as painless. The service was good, the workmanship appears excellent. I hope I don't have to visit anytime soon but if I do I'll be happy to come back.
