The Glass Shop was the second estimate i received for the project. When i compared the estimates side by side, The Glass Shop was slightly more, but i noticed they used thicker glass and more hardware to than others. The glass was installed about two weeks later and was fantastic. The glass thickness was exactly what i wanted at 1/2" and the install was seamless. I am thoroughly impressed with the glass and the install.

I have repeatedly…read morecontacted Akido, the owner, about several installation-related damages to the metal frame: * The receiver lock is damaged. * Interior glazing stops are cut in multiple places. * Sections of the frame were cut. * The operating panel trim was drilled. * The interior weatherstrip is cut. * Drilled holes in the frame have caused a cold draft, resulting in discomfort and higher energy bills. I've sent photos and requested a fix, but the problem remains unresolved.

He worked with us to get the shower doors ordered and installed quickly. A couple notes during our experience. The shipping came late and they had to reschedule the install. The lady making the appointment insisted to make it for 8:00am when I said I rather do it later at 9:00am. Day of appointment they didn't arrive til later anyways and Akio told me she was new and they don't usually do it at 8:00am. They had to come back twice, first to install bumpers they forgot to bring, second to fix alignment of wheels and guide. Overall I would rate my experience 4/5 but giving a little extra for how friendly Akio was and their follow up to my issues.

Our glass shower doors shattered and I was in desperate need of getting them replaced immediately. I reached out to at least seven companies, but none were able to come out to replace them for at least a week, until Angelo responded. Angelo and his wife were able to come out same day and install a brand new shower frame and two new doors. The best part is that the price was extremely affordable.
