These guys went above and beyond! They came to my home Thursday evening to look at my broken back door window and told me they could complete the repair in one day. They scheduled me for 8 a.m. Friday and kept me updated by text throughout the process. Their prices were the best, their response time was on point, and they were so easy to communicate with. Two awesome individuals who were prompt, thorough, and professional. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier! Hopefully I won't have another broken window, but if I do, you guys will be my only call. Highly recommend! read more

I will never use another glass company besides A glass and Mirror Company. These people are awesome!! Our glass shower doors shattered and I was in desperate need of getting them replaced immediately. I reached out to at least seven companies, but none were able to come out to replace them for at least a week, until Angelo responded. Angelo and his wife were able to come out same day and install a brand new shower frame and two new doors. The best part is that the price was extremely affordable. They are one hell of a team and I'd really highly recommend them for anyone looking for some glass or new shower doors. The project only took them about 2 hours. read more

My double panel window was cracked from the inside. I received a quick quote through Yelp within a few hours of the request. Made an appointment and Angelo came to take measurements and ran me through the process. My concern was the stucco around the window and he ensured me it would not be touched and will look exactly as it was. He friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I placed my deposit that day and within a week or so, the glass was installed. A crew of 4 men came to do the job, cleaned up after themselves, and placed my furniture back. Job took a little over an hour and looks brand new. Highly recommend. Price is very fair. read more

Angelo at A Glass & Mirror is a top-quality repairman. My window broke on a Wednesday night and he was here Thursday morning with THE BEST QUOTE out of 10+ businesses in the area. He furthermore made time for an additional, unplanned repair on another window after he finished the first project. The value for his expertise was an amazing experience since other businesses over-charged or tried to upsell me. I will absolutely refer him to friends, family, and call him again if needed for glass repair. read more

Angelo came to my home to get measurements last week. After sending him 2 messages to follow up on the quote after he advised me to shop around i tell him i received other quotes and wanted to follow up on his quote he then proceed to ask me for the lowest quote i received that he can match it. I asked him if he can give me his quote. After 2 hours he text back that he don't have time to help me i guess because i didn't share my other quotes as he requested. Very unprofessional and as a CEO of a multiple companies im very disgusted that i was treated this way. The money was NEVER an issue i simply was turnt away because i asked for a quote and didn't share what other companies offered to me before hearing what he would charge. read more

Angelo was great to work with! I didn't know that you could fix broken windows and not have to replace the entire window, which is a huge savings and a cost effective way to do it! No service was performed because the owner of this business is not suitable to be dealing with the public. He's actually scary aggressive and confrontational. If work was done on a home and you disagreed with it, I don't think you would get resolution to your satisfaction based on the attitude of this man. And I don't think he would have spoken to another man the way he spoke to me. I stand by my review and I think this person should not be working with the public. Not to mention the deception to try and get me to change my review by saying the business was sold and there's a new owner. There isn't, It's the same guy There's just a new person handling the Yelp review account. Which is definitely good because the owner should not be in charge of dealing with the public. The only way to go forward from here is to take ownership of the bad handling of the situation, admit it was bad and wrong and commit to doing things differently going forward. Lying and obfuscating just makes the situation worse and reinforces what I felt was my experience with the owner. read more
