I'm excited to continue learning, getting stronger, and being part of such a supportive community. If you're nervous about starting somewhere new, I can honestly say that taking that first step is worth it!

It totally takes the stress out of trying to find a babysitter or a gym with a trusting caregiver because you actually exercise while wearing the baby and/or using the baby's weight to build strength. Prior to being pregnant with my son I exercised 3-4 times a week. I then had complications during pregnancy which only allowed me to get exercise by walking. After having my son, I knew I needed to get back into shape but wasnt sure how I was going to go about doing so. I dreaded the gym in the busy evenings which is the only time my husband is home to watch our son. I decided to give this class a try and I absolutely love it. My son loves it too because he gets that close time in the carrier with me as well as time spent with other littles. I enjoy the time with other moms as well. I recommend giving this class a try and I promise you will leave feeling sore but in a good way.
