I tried out the 28 day challenge special and immediately signed up for another 12 weeks…read more I have not exercised or stepped foot in a gym in over 20 years. Other than some walking. The first week of training was tough. I did a M-W-F. By the next week I only took Wednesday off. Week three I was up to five days a week and could feel and start to see result. The training goes by so fast. Just 45 minutes! Doug is very helpful in making sure you're doing the exercises correctly and modifying as needed. The small group classes are filled with other folks who are also very helpful and motivating. In just over 6 weeks I have seen a major shift in muscle mass and body composition change. My cloths fit better, I have more energy throughout the day, my joints don't hurt like they used to for no reason. Don't get me wrong. Some days I'm sore from a work out. But it's a good sore. I have even started riding my bike longer distances with ease. Doug's trainings along with changing my eating habits have made HUGE difference in the way I feel and look. I definitely recommend this style training if you're not into a typical gym. I am 49yo and feel better than I have in years thanks to Doug and Blitz45. I'm looking forward to losing more weight and gaining more muscle in the coming weeks.

My wedding is coming up on May 3 and Cortney has done a fantastic job so far. She is patient when I ask questions and available via email for anything that comes up between our sessions from technique to nutrition. My trouble spot was not on my body, it was with my motivation levels. In the past I would start a workout plan then give up two weeks later. Cortney helped me address that and has kept me motivated with weekly challenges in workouts and nutrition I started working with her with the goal to slim down and tone up for the wedding, but it's becoming a lifestyle change that I hope to keep up with even after the big day. Cortney is a wonderful person and I recommend her to anyone who's interested in a personal trainer!
