If a person could give this company all the stars in the sky, I would give them to ProFlo. Especially Isaac. My air went out last night, and the high being 117 degrees today made it unbearable. Isaac showed up at 4:00, in the hottest part of the day, after working out in this heat for hours already, with a smile on his face, and a ready to work attitude. The job ended up being a very difficult one ( wires everywhere) and he was going to have to come back the next day. He instinctively knew I could not handle one more second of this heat, and he worked out all the wires until it was done. We've had a lot of hard times lately, so for us, this meant the world. At a time like this, many companies take advantage and overcharge, not this company. They were beyond fair. And if all of that wasn't enough, Isaac offered to call my landlord for me to get payment from him. I don't think I've met a kinder person, and I would call this company for ANY job they offer. Thank you Isaac!!! You saved our l PS- I later found out this was the same company that fixed my Mom's heater, and charged her a very fair price when 3 other companies had tried to scam her, as she is elderly. This will be my 2nd review for ProFlo- The parts they replaced last time on my AC are still working great, but I noticed my vents weren't putting out much air, and my home wasn't cooling. It's a very old AC unit, so I knew we had another problem. After their excellent service last time, I, of course called ProFlo again. They sent Isaac out again immediately, and we were so happy to see him. The problem was coils that needed to be cleaned. They had 20 years of dirt, and and it was a long tedious job. But once again, Isaac did the job with a great attitude and a smile on his face. And as before, had very competitive prices. I also need to mention how quickly the office staff gets back to you, and has a technician ready to go. And they couldn't be any kinder to people who are hot, and sometimes grumpy. My mother in law's AC went out a couple of months ago and we were looking at different options, including mini split systems. Bryan, the owner was not pushy, explained what was involved and the extensive wor needed to be done opening and closing the walls, we opted to replace the AC and since the heating was also 17 years old and pretty much end of life we decided to replace both. Bryan's guy went under the house (prefab) and diagnosed a few issues with the ducts and the valves which we were already aware of. We opted to do the work right and have the issues corrected, including the lack of air flow on the other side of the house. At no point Bryan tried to hard sell and he readily answered all the questions we had. Bryan scheduled the work a week later, his crew was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Marcus and Brent were respectful, answered all the questions my mother in law and sister in law had. Bryan came to check on his crew, brought them lunch, you really see that he takes care of his guys which is important to me since that's how my dad taught me. He did some of the install while they were eating, you don't see that often either. Finally they explained how the new smart thermostat work, cleaned the ducts, changed the registers and balanced the system so now the whole house cools off and heats up. I knew the original system was undersized ( a previous contractor mentioned it) Now the house cools off in 5 minutes something my mother in law will really enjoy this Summer when it gets 110+ in the high desert and they will probably also save on their electricity bill since the old one worked over time to keep the house warm or cool. We had our full ac/heat blower motor blow up months after buying our home! It was so loud and it was 5 a.m Christmas morning! The first company we called made several days of one hour visits to no avail! Freezing we called proflo! Within a day they had two experienced well mannered installers. They worked from morning til 4 pm straight thru no break or lunch to get this all put in. It was new years eve day and it was beautiful!! It worked straight up!! When the weather was hot I thought it should be cooler and was concerned so the owner came out and inspected everything. He then told us we had an added room that was not properly insulated and windows were poor in it. I had my doubts and our bill had tripled. So we got a double insulated tarp and sealed off the room to see and it is incredible. The first few weeks our bill came and it had dropped a hundred dollars today after weeks if 100 plus temps and our unit running every day all day! I got my gas and electric bills and was scared to see but I am amazed and so very happy!! Our gas went from 350 a month to a new lowest ever of 45 dollars!!!!!! Our electric also!! I am so happy he knew exactly what he was telling us and our home has been so cool with these 105 degree days I am so happy! We arer having the room sealed off with a decorative divider that will stop hot and cold air from leaking and keep our house cool in summer and warm in the winters with quite a huge savings from utilities!!! Our A/C unit died on Sept. 3rd, 2020 last year and it was about 110 degrees that day! We checked around after looking at some reviews and decided to call ProFlo to get an estimate. Daniel called me back within minutes and came over that afternoon to look at the problem and give us some options. We ended up going with a new Carrier brand a/c unit and furnace (not cheap, but trusted quality). Since it was in the middle of a hot spell, they were backed up for about a week before they could help us. However, Daniel offered to provide us a complimentary and portable a/c unit for our main floor to help us get some relief for a week (which was a lifesaver!) until they could install our a/c unit and furnace. They came back on the day that was promised and installed everything quickly and efficiently and all of the workers that were here helping were all very professional, respectful, and friendly. We just needed a minor adjustment to the furnace this past winter in January and just today, I needed some help with a new vent cover they provided and Daniel came again to help me on both occasions the very same day within a few hours after I called and took care of both issues for me (all covered under warranty). We love how quiet the new a/c unit is when it's running (we can actually continue a conversation now outside when it turns on) and our house cools down so much more quickly now too! ProFlo AC installed my upgraded high efficiency AC unit over 6 years ago in Canyon Lake. Just had my first issue ever. I woke up Friday morning with no AC blowing into our home and it was going to be 103 degrees. I called the team at ProFlo and the owner Brian remembered me from the original install and scheduled one of his techs out for 4pm the same day. Around 1pm I got a call from local Tech Bobby who said he could come by early since he heard I had no AC, I said yes, of course! ProFlo Tech Bobby showed up about 30min later and he even remembered the install 6 years ago and even asked about my boys who no longer live at home with us. ProFlo Tech Bobby identified the issue in about 10min and showed me the issue with my Capacitor as well as explained my cost for repairs. Bobby had the issue all fixed & even tested the system to insure it was working. Bobby even offered to check my AC filter which was very dirty, he could had easily sold me another but explained it was reusable, took it outside hosed & washed it off and reinstalled it. Excellent service! Wanted to upgrade to R-410A and decided to use Carrier, so I called ProFlo. That afternoon, Jamie stopped by for the estimate. He did a complete eval of my current system, explaining in layman's terms what I had, and asked about my situation. I said I was looking for a reliable, budget friendly alternative, and we discussed some options. Jamie gave me a reasonable quote for the work. I never felt ProFlo tried to sell me anything more than what I needed. To my surprise, the crew was available for install the next day! Brent and Aldo first disconnected the old system to haul away. During this process they discovered and fixed a bad connection in my refrigerant line that had been restricting flow and impeding performance. Then they installed and tested the new equipment. Again, the guys were great about explaining what they were doing. About mid-day, Danny the supervisor stopped by to answer any questions I had. A few hours later the new system was installed, and I had beautiful ice cold air coming out of my vents. After 17 years it was time to get a new AC system and I'm glad I contacted the guys at ProFlo. Jamie came out, took a look at our current system, asked me where our problem areas were and educated me as to why these areas weren't cooling properly and told me how we could fix them. He walked me through the different options with the systems they sell and at no point did I feel he was pressuring me into buying a bigger system than what I needed or what my budget could afford. The day of the install came and his team showed up on time and got to work. They took care of my personal property, laying drop cloths and wore boot coverings the entire time. They did their very best to not make a mess and cleaned up all the trash afterwards. In late 2024 we purchased a new heating & cooling system from Pro Flo. Not long after the install we began to experience problems with the furnace. For the sake of brevity, following a handful of service calls the problem was ultimately identified as a manufacturer issue. Unfortunately, this was all taking place during the coldest time of the year. I'm old, I need heat. Despite the multiple calls for service, one of which was an early Sunday morning, each time we were contacted by someone THAT SAME DAY and a service tech and/or the field supervisor, Josh Harvey, promptly responded. Once identified as a manufacturer issue, I fully expected to be directed to the manufacturer to deal with the issue, but that did not happen. Pro Flo took full responsibility and replaced the furnace at their expense. Mr Harvey was a true professional (and trooper) as he suffered my wrath with each service call. He worked hard to eliminate issues and he even contacted me after work hours to check on things. I sincerely appreciate Pro Flo and Mr. Harvey for turning a bad luck experience into a positive one. The main contact I had was with Bryan. I had an appointment for Monday April 7 with one call I was able to move it to Fri, April 4. Accommodating very! Thank you Bryan! The truck rolls up a round 9am. The technicians Issac and Jay were ready to work! They had all the material and equipment with them from the start! First getting out drop cloths to protect the floors and my kids room. Then removed the old furnace and a/c. Followed by setting the new equipment!(Jamie came out to ensure everything was a.ok then left) These guys get a shout out for being courteous, professional, and going above and beyond. Issac told me he pressurized the line and found a leak in the coil at the furnace site. I honestly expected to be told that it would be a service call and to schedule an appointment. Nope! Issac took the torch back into the attic and fixed it right then! He also reconfigured the duct to give more even air flow! If I was his boss I couldn't have been prouder of their employees!!! FYI 2020 Freon will be illegal so start thinking of an upgrade and give this company a call!!! read more

We had just bought a house and were looking for a new heater/ac and ducting through out the house. I had already talked to 8 companies and had them out to bid on the job. Some were full of themselves others I just didn't feel confident about. Then I called ProFlow and talked with Jamie. He was polite, courteous and answered all my questions and kept me from going down the wrong path of buying my own equipment and having it installed by a dealer. So my Sister and I moved into our new home and the tub was completely clogged. We called another company but they were not able to unclog it. We called ProFlo Air and we became happy campers. Pro made it Flo! Then we noticed our heat wasn't working. We could not get it to blow heat through. It would come on but would only blow cold air but once again...ProFlo sent Isaac out and this Pro made it Flo! Then... a heat wave comes and we turn on our air conditioner on just to find out that it also would blow but not cold air. I'm convinced that the gents over at ProFlo Heating and Air are the best the industry has to offer! I was kind of in a pinch being that our a/c unit went out on one of the hottest days of the week and on a Saturday!!! Keep in mind I have an 8 month year old so a/c is a NEED not a WANT! Bryan, which I believe is the owner took my call and was very understanding of our situation. He said they had another job going that day but he would try to send a member of that specific team to come take a look as an effort to make my families life comfortable. A few hours later Josh came by and took a look at our unit. Fortunately it wasn't anything major, and he had the replacement part with him which was a godsend! My old air conditioner stopped blowing air in my house even though the outside unit was on so I called ProFlo. They were able to come out the same day and repair my unit right away, so I didn't make any other calls. It was during a heatwave so I am very grateful. The scheduler and technician were responsive, on time and friendly. The charge was $65 to come out and give a diagnosis but that can then be applied to any work done. I paid $325 in total to have a "run capacitor" replaced. This is a $25 part readily available online and the installation is plug-and-play for the technician (took 5 minutes to install). I understand the mark up and will gladly pay for prompt and reliable service especially during a heatwave, but $325 seems excessive for 25 minutes total time onsite (including introduction, assessment, repair, and payment). I might be wrong but will probably shop around if needed again when I have the luxury of time. Again, service and speed were great and my house is cool again. read more

We had these guys do a ton of work at our home, we have 4 AC units on our property! They replaced AC units that were not working, moved our FAU into the attic, did some work at our rental property, replaced a heat pump...they do it all! They are friendly, professional, obviously know what they are doing, all at a reasonable price. We opted to sign up for their maintenance contract because it was the most reasonable priced than the contractor that we had worked with prior to these guys, actually a third of the cost of the other guys!! While they were doing some of the work, a piece of glass got broken accidentally and they deducted the cost to replace it from my bill, no problem. To me, that's the sign of a good company...how they handle it when things go wrong, as they will occasionally, even with the best of them. We own a service related company ourselves so we truly understand and recognize what good customer service is. These guys are the best!!! read more

My old ac stopped working late evening during the heat wave. I called several companies the next morning. One company would not come until the following week, the other could not tell me a time they would have someone come. I called Pro Flo, she took my info and told she will have her technician there in a couple hours. It was over 100 degree in Temecula. I got a text message from Danny, the technician, 1 1/2 hours later to let me know he will be at my place in 10 minutes. I told him what my ac was doing and he answered, oh I know exactly what the problem is. I believe it's the condenser. He opened up the ac and said yes it is and I have the part for it in my truck and within 10 minutes my ac was working. It's been several days now and it's still working beautifully. I recently had ProFlo come out and do a pre-summer checkup on a 3-year-old Carrier A/C unit they installed. Everything seemed to be ok, I just wanted to make sure no problems. The service tech that came out was Stephen. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He found out that I was not cleaning the outside condenser enough and showed me the best method to do that. Once he hooked up the gauges, he saw the unit was low about 2lbs of refrigerant. The interesting thing about that is I had no one look at the unit since it was installed 3-years ago. To me that meant either there was a very small leak somewhere or the refrigerant was not filled correctly from day one (hope it is the latter). Anyway, I will know better next checkup. After putting in the refrigerant, he checked the temperature at the register and it was cooling the way it should be. Overall I would give ProFlo and Stephen a 5-star rating. read more

ac went out yesterday at around 5pm, freaked out since it was 101 degrees! looked on yelp to find an ac repair company...alot were closed since it was late in the day. found Pro-Flo since they don't close til 8pm. to my surprise when i called i got a real person, not an answering service! told them what the issue was and got an appt the next day. my tech that came out was Isaac. my appt was from between 4-6pm. i was excited Isaac gave me a call at 4:10pm saying he was on his way and 10 mins away! when he arrived he displayed a professional and friendly attitude you rarely see in repairmen. he troubleshot the issue with my ac, found out was a blown fuse. he took care of the issue quickly, and explained how to correctly use my ac unit without stressing it out. i cant thank Pro-Flo and Issac enough for the outstanding work that they provided! will do business again with all my ac needs! read more
