They completely messed up my order - twice…read more First time: Only one of the doors was done on time and the second one was not even started and they realized it too late. So my project was delayed by a further 6 weeks. Second time: When the doors arrives, they were the wrong size. Somehow they had managed to turn my initial agreed sizes into the wrong size and by now I had paid the full amount to them. I ended up spending more money than planned on the install (new framing etc). The quality of the woodwork was also very sub-standard. They acknowledged the mistake at their end, the guy said he would talk to the owner about a refund / some compensation but then he stopped responding to me and ghosted me. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.
