    Tech no showed a scheduled appointment. When called, he would not answer or return a message. Wasted my time. Dont waste yours.

    *Update: The general manager contacted me soon after this…read moreencounter. He was upfront and honest about the reasons they canceled: Covid-19 and a crew accident left them short-handed, and he also confirmed there were safety concerns with North Minneapolis (interesting their staff was on their way when they canceled...seems those safety concerns were more the issue than being short handed). I offered to reschedule so the chaos could cool off and he said he would only reschedule if I agreed to take down my reviews - I told him I'd absolutely modify my reviews if he assured me that the blatant lying of his employee was addressed. I have not heard back in over a week. Do with this what you will, but I will not be working with them in the future. Please note that I was fully refunded.* I do not recommend - this company red zones areas they don't want to work in, then will lie to your face about it and hang up on you if you express your opinion on their behavior. Don't support them; take your business to a company that respects the community they serve and has more than a modicum of ethics. BEAST Wildlife Solutions canceled an appointment for attic inspection that had been paid for and on the books for a month. I received the cancelation call after getting a call from their inspector, and within 30 minutes of the inspector's supposed arrival time. They offered two excuses. The first was that "we've been considering a policy for several months to not do work in your zip code, as the homes are too old and require too much work to address wildlife issues." The second was "we didn't realize where you were located when we made the appointment." Both of these are at very best partial truths, if not flat out lies. They knew exactly where I was located when they scheduled the appointment AND when they took my credit card information for payment - they even looked up work they'd done for my neighbor (and told me exactly how much my neighbor had spent on their services..which seemed questionable at the time). This is blatant zip code discrimination, likely due to the tragedies experienced in my community over the last week associated with the George Floyd protests. Let me clarify: I don't believe they've done anything illegal. But, they absolutely are willing to lie to you and will do it with a smile on their face. In my opinion, businesses that discriminate blatantly do not belong in our city. Hopefully this review pushes a few paying customers (all would be awesome!) to more ethical, responsible, and worthwhile options.

    Bottom line first, stop looking *here*. Some people just skim reviews. I do too…read more If your reading these reviews (I'm including Google reviews)you probably noticed a trend of people saying they would give Nick more stars if possible. That's absolutely right, I would. He doesn't even advertise. Remember the old saying about word of mouth being the best? It's not just the best advertising, it's the best services for you too. I tried several bigger companies and got nothing from them. I had AI's study all the data online and several told me too try Nick. He picked up the phone in the middle of the night, I was just planning too leave an office message (I'm not suggesting you do that too him). Instead of a voicemail I learned immediately he knew his stuff and learned quite a bit about the issue while just figuring out when too have him come by. He spent allot more time (hours) and effort then I ever would of expected for a simple and very reasonable inspection, fee (frankly he under charged me). He found issues I couldn't even seen when he pointed a lazer at them, and flaws in components I didn't know were possible causes. He thoroughly went over and through areas of the whole structure. Even using a scope camera too look inside areas of the structure that normally are not visible to anyone bigger then a mouse (my offender). I learned how some companies may cut corners. Thus it appears to you they are catching the offenders while probably just catching the harmless outside critters. This does not necessarily help with your budget or the ones entering through harder too identify and more likely access points in a structure like roofs under hangs, seams, and the internal components of ventilation. Hard for humans too inspect while easy and predator free for critters seeking a place in your place. Nick really left no stone unturned here. He employed simple logical methods too identify the access points in use and the offenders species. Then made some simple repairs too keep them out untill my roof is replaced soon. It was cold and dark throughout this process, it involved allot of trips onto the roof and into the hard too reach attic and nooks. He provided photos and videos for insurance. As well as options too deal with it if it persists further, more than I expected by a mile. There was no sales pitch, no up charging. Just straight information an some simple countermeasures. Despite the unpleasant problem I actually had fun doing this with them Nick and his family are genuinely good company (pun intended). All the tell tail marks of a company that runs on quality not quantity. Levity aside, I can give him a serious endorsement. As a retired investigator I can say this, he treated the inspection with all the thorough do diligence I would expect from an investigator actually worth their salt working a serious case. That's really what you're home is, a serious subject. One which can become a very expensive problem if you let something get out of control. So take it as such and use someone who clearly treats it as seriously as if your home were their own. You need not seek farther.

    My frustrations with Adam's Pest Control started on their website when I tried to submit a request…read morefor service. I typed in all the requested info and hit submit. It came back with "INTERNAL ERROR/500". I went back and retyped it all and tried again. Same error. If you hit the little red envelope in bottom right corner, it says to type your request ---a big white empty space pops up, but I could not get the keyboard to pop up so I could type. At this point, I went to my email to see if, despite that Internal Error/500, maybe I received an email. Nope. I waited for the office to open and talked to an agent. I told her i wanted to request service. She started to take my information. We soon realized my info WAS in the system... so despite the internal error/500, it did go through! She said an email went out to me at 7:07am. I see nothing. So without asking me, she began rattling off so many dollar figures of possible service plans --my head was spinning. Had she asked if I had a pen & paper, I would have been ready. I know it may sound silly, but after EVERY possible scenario of monthly billing, quarterly billing, and annual billing options she said "not including taxes". She must have said it 10 times. I'm like maybe just say at the end say all of these dollar amounts do not include tax rate of x.x%. The prices were the HIGHEST I have ever heard! The email that was sent at 7:07am did finally arrive at 9:24am. So that's my review. I'm sure they would have done a great job at those prices.
