I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

Luckily, with the change in ownership this year it looks like the whole crew is still there. Our current instructor Josh is so great at encouraging my son to compose his own music and suggest songs that he is interested in learning. This has really allowed my son to enjoy playing piano. Valentino makes each lesson enjoyable yet productive.  If I'm being honest, it was a little bit of a struggle to get my son to practice in the beginning, but with much patience and dedication by his teacher and himself, I am proud to say that I no longer have to remind my son to practice weekly. Ending up leaving there in tears and coming here and the staff was phenomenal. The previous front desk woman( she has since moved on) sat down with me, explained how every guitar they sell is hand picked, and played every guitar for me. Some more than once until I narrowed down the one I wanted to they helped me pick out what I needed and set me up with lesson.
