Poor customer service. I took an instrument to them to be repaired, called them 6 weeks later and…read morethey did not know where my instrument was. Megan said they would call me back. I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

This isn't the first time they have been like that, and I never left review before, but thought today was appropriate. They are such a joke. They say that buy things and this guitar was in excellent condition and he even said so and still had the audacity to offer only that. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!

We appreciate you and your kindness over the years. My son has been attending piano lessons here for three years and has had some wonderful instructors. Luckily, with the change in ownership this year it looks like the whole crew is still there. Our current instructor Josh is so great at encouraging my son to compose his own music and suggest songs that he is interested in learning. This has really allowed my son to enjoy playing piano. I'm blown away that my son is also memorizing music as he learns to play it. The most recent songs are "Clair de Lune" and " Hallelujah" - just beautiful! Thank you so much Josh! We appreciate you!

Valentino makes each lesson enjoyable yet productive.  If I'm being honest, it was a little bit of a struggle to get my son to practice in the beginning, but with much patience and dedication by his teacher and himself, I am proud to say that I no longer have to remind my son to practice weekly. He enjoys his time on the piano both alone and with instruction due to his teacher setting an awesome example in his own commitment and piano skills.  It has been a pleasure to hear my son learning to play from such a great young man.  We look forward for my son to continue learning under the guidance of such an inspiring teacher!  We highly recommend taking lessons from Valentino & his family as they are not only wonderful all around, but have also made the lessons affordable for mom!
