Astounding customer service. Professional and…read moreaccommodating. Fantastic communication. Quick turnaround time. ...and the best part (in my opinion), the Reporter Base portal to request/schedule services! To be frank, Talty is my primary choice for deposition needs. As most of us are aware, depositions often get rescheduled for a variety of reasons: unavailability, differences in time zones, sickness, etc. For every cancellation, rescheduling, and job change I've had to request, Talty is always understanding and respectful of the everchanging playing field. I feel it's important to add that I am very hard of hearing, so phone calls are an absolute nightmare for me. Even if that were not the case, written communication is imperative in my standard practice. As we grow in a technologically-advancing world, having access to a portal for schedule/service management has mitigated obstacles that I encountered with previous service providers. But... what really makes this company great are the people behind it. Each person I've connected with have been incredibly personable. Even when/if the needs change, Talty has proven themselves excellently, going above and beyond to accommodate it. Specifically, Dallas and Kathy!! THANK YOU. 100% RECOMMENDED.
