For example, in one hearing I specifically told them in advance that the hearing was to be conducted remotely via Zoom, but the reporter showed up in person anyway against my specific instructions. They then demanded an additional $792 for the personal appearance. They also demanded an additional $535 for a copy of the transcript. There are far better reporting firms who do not engage in this kind of behavior.

Auburn is horribly cold in the Winter, btw. Bad place to find yourself caught outside in a 40 degree rainstorm for days with only the cotton hoodie you brought.
