The R30 insulation was ripped apart "sprinkled" in my attic, clearly under 10". After sending pictures of the attic insulation and pictures of ash still in my home clearly on desks (under the boxes they placed on top to cover the ash), I've been unsuccessful on getting ATI back out to my home. I'm anemic and have been running the heater, due to the improper insulation. Despite having a general contractor inform them of the corrections needed, they continue to avoid completing the job. Charging over $18,000.00 for cleaning and attic insulation, to receive an incomplete job is unacceptable! It's very unfortunate this is the disaster after the disaster!

I also had to build shelves in the cabinets because they don't do that !! I had to call AAA 4 times to complain before things got done and lastly the worst communication ever !! Since these droppings can be very harmful, we hired this company to thoroughly clean everything! They did a fantastic job! Emily was great to deal with as well as the two workers doing the work. They also were extremely trustworthy! When she returned to her house after it was done, they had found an heirloom necklace that she had previously lost and left it for her on her counter! They cleaned everything, including inside the cabinet drawers, every counter, the floors, anything left on the floors, the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. They ended up needing a few extra hours so stayed late rather than having to come back because they knew she was anxious to get back into her house! I highly recommend Eco Bear!

I contracted with ServiceMaster in Ontario California, when I received my invoice there was over 10K of charges that had no relation to the work done at the property, these charges included hotel and per diem accompanied with a 20% random surcharge for just 3 days of work, that was in addition to the 24k in labor. None of their so called subsistence charges are outlined in the scope of work they give when they quote . Of course insurance doesn't cover fraudulent charges like this, why would anyone have to pay for a hotel charge for a company based just 25 miles from the jobsite!!!!! Its absolutely despicable that people like this exist that gouge customers when they are trying to recover from a natural disaster STAY AWAY!!!!!!

It's impossible to overstate this: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…read more My mother-in-law had a major water leak at her house and we made the mistake of contracting with ServiceMaster for repairs. Those repairs took months longer than they estimated, and a year after paying what we thought was the final amount they suddenly demanded thousands more dollars from a senior citizen on a fixed income. The amount owed kept changing without explanation, and the person in charge of accounts receivable sent terse responses that didn't answer our questions. Our insurance company has told us we don't owe that additional money, but ServiceMaster has said it will initiate collections against my mother-in-law, whose tiny monthly income goes entirely toward food and utilities. In addition, our insurance adjuster said he contacted ServiceMaster repeatedly for months without a response and finally closed the claim as a result. When I brought this up to ServiceMaster, their only response was, "Let's agree to disagree." What kind of company says that??? You will be unhappy if you use this company, I guarantee it. Despite all the horror stories about contractors, I never expected one to be this unprofessional and greedy.

They even offered to falsify documents to my home owners insurance company. Once they did that, I knew they were not trustworthy, and refused their service. That is when I called Lou Gil at 411 Restoration. I asked if he could come look at my house and give me an estimate for the work needing to be done. He came out right away and was immediately able to tell me that my situation was not what the other company explained it to be, still urgent, but not the massive undertaking that the other company described, no mold, just water. He was able to bring in a crew quickly and began drying out my house right away. He is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He communicated what would happen and followed through. The cost was a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge and there was no structural damage. The technique he used was minimally invasive and only required us to paint a little where the work was done. I will recommend Lou Gil and 411 Restoration to anyone that I know who needs these types of services in the future and will gladly work with them again if I ever have the opportunity to.
