It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

This is the first time we opted for professional move-out cleaning services as we have been always skeptical in the past, but this time due to time limitations and the size of the house we had to opt for professional services and believe me I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy. Since I am a stickler for cleanliness, I totally sensed that Adriana also had attention to details and didn't compromise on anything. Extremely hard working couple and I'm glad we didn't go through an agency and opted for a family owned business. Definitely great value for money and really recommend Adriana.

She brought a small crew with her and they cleaned the whole 2,300ish square feet in about 3 hours, including baseboards, refrigerator, bathrooms, window sills (important), etc. Most importantly, Mary honored my request (really more of a condition) that there be NO Fabuloso! which I think is muy malo coz I hate the smell of the stuff, and she honored my request (condition) not to wear perfume or have the crew wearing perfume. I really dislike when service people and contractors wear all kinds of perfume and cologne and stink up the place....and I smell it for DAYS. Yes, I have a sensitive olfactory superpower, I admit. They did a great job, and Mary is super outgoing and the whole crew worked hard. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
