This is an HONEST REVIEW from a REAL PERSON that actually had surgery there to prove and pictures and Documentation: I honestly don't know where to begin, I did a lot of research on this company and the more and more I researched I saw their Google Reviews were damn near perfect, not one Negative review? I ignored a lot of RED FLAGS... and there were so many down to the Unprofessionalism I encountered via phone all the way up until I sent my money to pay for my surgery in full. Tiasha, Was my "Surgical Coordinator", not really sure what that means but OK. So Originally When I inquired about the surgery it was supposed to be "Lipo on my chest area" due to my Gynecomastia My enlarged chest area. But I was proposed a "DEAL PACKAGE"... which included my chest abdomen and Flanks and CHEST area, for the price of over 5k. I thought it was a great deal and I was still sketchy about it and why it was so cheap. So I paid my money $500 Deposit and then the remaining balance right after all paid in full (No Monthly Payments). Soon after payment was sent I kept doing research and I was noticing some negative things online other than their sketchy google reviews, I called multiple times with concerns. Fast Forward to the day I Fly into Miami for my surgery, I was picked up by the recovery home and brought to this sketchy brown building and when I get there I get off the elevator and I walk into what looks like basically a Butcher shop and I'm greeting by a very young office full of young careless and individuals that show not a bit of concern or care about nothing, they are screaming laughing and on their phones, this was an immediate red flag just seemed soooooooo Unprofessional. So I was told to have a seat and someone will be with me, within my time frame there it was so much chaos going on women walking around in pain which is normal but with blood on their clothes and pacing the floor and just making me really sketchy finally after about over 45 min I was called by this young lady that looked like she was 21, telling me she going to do blood work, she didn't introduce her self or who she was or anything. So I asked her who she was and what am I doing blood for like wat type tests are being ran on my blood because at this point I'm shocked by all the unprofessionalism I was encountering. she drew my blood and told me I can't have a seat back in the lobby. Once I actually got back in the lobby about 25 min later I was being called in an office to sign my paperwork, and whoever this other young lad was that also looked about 21 or 22, she was speeding though the paperwork while scrolling on her phone and I realized the more questions I asked her she got very very very irritated and like smart alike as hell. I was nervous even more cause at this point I was regretting the whole thing. She was also getting annoyed at the fact I actually wanted to READ the Paperwork and not just sign my life away....... She was gasping and rolling her eyes and was leaned back in the chair on her phone on social media the whole time. When it came down to the last page having to be signed, it stated " That I had spoken to "Dr Ramirez, and I agreed to everything we talked about" Keep in mind guys I have never spoken to DR Ramirez NOR EVEN SEEN HIM, I told her I cannot sign these papers until I actually spoke to him at this pint she was annoyed and was ready to get me out of there. She gave me my copy of the papers I signed and told me that someone will be contacting me about my surgery time later on in the day via call or text...... which is odd as hell never heard of such a thing... so fast forward I get to my Airbnb anticipating on a surgery date, I get a text saying my surgery is at 4pm. Keep in mind I couldn't eat at 12 that night and I couldn't eat or drink all the way up to the time. I couldn't believe my surgery date was so late, at this point I was over it and just feeling so regretful. But I stayed since I already had paid and flew out of state. Fast forward to my surgery date, I Came to the office with my luggage since I was staying at the recovery home, The doctor came in along with the young lady that drew my blood and another doctor. DR Ramirez didn't talk much he was nice but looked very old, the other doctor did all the talking and drew on my body indicating everywhere he was going to do surgery. Once I was in surgery room All I remember was being asked a question and I was knocked out after that , I woke up and the first thing I did was look at my chest I SEEN NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL... But I assume it was just swollen... I was awakened to people talking in the surgical room and a breathing tube in my mouth telling them I cannot Breathe at all! They finally took the breathing tube out of my mouth and I was told I need to get up...... I GOT IN THE WHEELCHAIR AND THE LADY was STACKIng MY LUGGAGE ON MY LAP IN THE WHEELCHAIR. I had a TT with a BL and BA done on 7/25. Unfortunately, I've had a complication with my breasts that was/is no fault of the surgeons. My body rejected the sutures that were used but when I say that Dr. K went above and beyond for me during this stressful and painful time, that would still be an understatement. I came from Tennessee for the surgery and he kept in communication with me since the beginning of the complication and then made me feel as a priority when it came to fitting me in his already busy schedule within a few days notice to have second surgery. He answered every question and explained the process with compassion and that alone was the biggest part for me as I was terrified with what was going on. I also want to recognize nurse Vivian ; As the anesthesiologist was putting in the IV, I looked over at her and said that I was nervous.. she took my hand right before I went under and smiled and said it'll be okay. It's truly the small things that means the most to patients, or really, just a person in general but especially during the hardest moments. I was scared and the way that she showed compassion and how she cared, that meant more than what she actually realized, it gave me a sense of peace right before falling asleep. Lastly, during my pre-op for my July surgery, I walked to the elevator on the verge of tears feeling like I shouldn't go through with the surgery, after my pre op and how it went I just didn't have a good or welcoming feeling. I felt like the office manager/pre-op nurse lacked rapport and that I was just a dollar sign. I didn't have any reassurance that I chose the right place or that I was "in good hands". As I was leaving, one of the employees, a younger red head in black scrubs, was coming back from lunch and noticed how I was feeling and walked me to the elevator and outside and took the time out of her busy day to talk me. She gave me the reassurance that I needed, she explained how she had her surgery there and how the results were perfect, that I was in great hands and that the pre-op nurse wasn't being rude but that's just how she was and didn't mean anything by it. This employee, I wish I caught her name, didn't have to stop what she was doing and walk with me but rather, she saw me in tears and chose to. Rapport goes along way, especially in healthcare -- elective or not. She is why I didn't cancel. She was that difference that I needed. I just wish that I could thank her. Just as any business, there are pros and cons. The communication aspect could improve a bit and the way some of the staff come across (but honestly after being down here twice, I feel like that's just the Miami culture and not that they're actually trying to be rude) but after today's experience, I would hands down come back to Professional Plastic Surgery over and over again as well as refer them. I have nothing negative to say and I've had an overall great experience after a very, very trying time. Thank you Dr. K, Vivian, the red head (so sorry that I didn't get your name lol). (Phone number +13059039064 ) go to doctors with experience and are reputable. make sure you get every single detail about the procedure and what is required from you before you make any payment. if you don't you'll be scammed. people please be careful of jolie plastic surgery and the recovery house called "sensation surgery recovery " aka "sensation recovery house " they are both working together to scam people. do not go to these places. please do your research or else you'll be scammed!!!!!!! i was referred to sensation recovery house by jolie plastic surgery and after i told sensation recovery house what jolie said about not being able to do the procedure they stopped taking my calls. claudia asked me to send proof and after i sent proof where jolie said i wont be able to have the procedure she was still giving me the run around. mind you, i sent everything she asked for then i realized she was just fishing for reasons to tell me that i wont get my money back.  i had to borrow someone else's phone to see if they were just ignoring my calls and text messages and that was exactly what they were doing. jolie referred me to this place and they did nothing to assist knowing that they told me how great the recovery house is and that that's where their patients go for care after surgery. all they did was transfer me amongst each other until i got tired and stopped calling, mind you, each time you call jolie you have to wait in the que for at least 40 minutes before someone comes on the line. each time i told them that i am asking for my refund from both them and the recovery house they kept transferring me back to the que. be careful out there. please use reputable companies and credible doctors. please don't go to these places because they are less expensive.  you will regret it. thankfully i only lost money and i didn't get botched like others i've seen on yelp. Pero esto no es solo lo que hacen, cuando le pedí a Maria Martinez la dueña de esta clínica el # de licencia y nombre de ese supuesto médico quien me vio en la oficina, él mismo que me desnudo, me toco, me midio, me marcó con una shapi azul en los lugares que él iba a cortar, y me explico lo que el va hacer en mi cuerpo segun yo el era el Dr. Ramírez pq asi se presento. PERO días antes de la cirugía me dio un algo de buscar el el departmento de salud la información de ese doctor y me di cuenta que la foto de el dueño de la licencia el verdadero Dr. Ramírez no tiene nada que ver con el hombre que me vio en la oficina. Cuando pedí información sobre este hombre a Maria, Kimberly, y a Niabi , Maria la dueña se enfado mucho y me envió un texto cancelando el contrato, y me dijo que no me iba a devolver nada de mi dinero depositado $4300 y tampoco hay cirugía. Hello! Our Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) experience was worthy of 1,000 stars! Dr. Pacheco and her crew were absolutely amazing! We did our homework as everyone does, and soon we were calling for an appointment. All of our questions were answered via phone calls, emails, and texts. We were never left hanging without answers to our many questions. Were we scared? Of course! We live 5 hours away from Miami and chose the Extended Stay America hotel 2 minutes away. We arrived on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, for our pre operation/labs, with surgery the next morning. Thursday and Friday were post op appointments. Dr. Pacheco took the time to explain everything my wife would be experiencing thru her recovery. Every question was answered. She devoted every minute we required to ensure we were happy and knowledgeable. In 2 weeks, we will travel back so the surgical drains can be removed. we look forward to this appointment. As of this review, my wife is +4 days from her procedure. She is doing great and hasn't taken any of the heavy pain medications she was prescribed, only Tylenol. Her abdomen looks amazing for what she just went thru. To recap, our experience was top tier. We have zero complaints. We called, received our contract immediately, and had a surgery date within 1 month. We paid our $250 deposit and upon arrival, paid our balance. No hidden costs at all! No surprises! We received numerous text and emails issuing directions and expectations. Between 5-7pm on Tuesday, we received our surgery showtime via text. On Wednesday, we arrived and my wife went into surgery. A few hours later, I received a phone call stating she was in recovery and to return to pick her up. She was wheel chaired to the ground floor parking garage and caringly placed into our car. Professionals is the perfect name for this clinic. From the beginning to the end my surgery went soo well. My surgery was so last minute. I was able to get the date I wanted and I was accommodate professionally. My Coordinator Daniela was simply Amazing!!! she kept in contact with me all the way up to going into the recovery home( Even though that recovery home was a joke very bad experience). That doesn't take away from the Amazing work and result. DANIELA Was amazing she answered every question and took her time with me on my pre-op day. Dr P did well she helped me to get comfortable and took the stress and anxiety of my shoulders gave me the body that I wanted. dr bella pacheco is a horrible dr. she scars peoples body on purpose. I actually think she letes other students work on you while you are asleep. Horrible experience. Staff was argumentive with my daughter because she was asking questions about giving me compression socks and medication. The staff would not give me instrutctions for care on my tummy tuck. My breast job had horrible bruses. I ended up in the ER twice while I was in FL. I had to see a plastic surgeon when I arrived home. My tummy tuck was not healing correct because they told me to take out the drainage tubes to soon. Doctor would not call and speak to me nor my husband. Staff kept acting like I was bothering them when we would call just to get after care instructions. My tummy tuck was extra swollen and still is several months later. The tummy tuck results are terrible and my breast have severe scars around my nipples. Worst place ever. Everything was a rush with them. Hello, I am one of the client and I think Professional Plastic surgery is the best. The stuff and the doctors are good and super careless with the patients. They are very responsible even after the surgery they tell you what to do and not what to do. Remember you need to follow the procedures. Not only them are responsible for you. I did my surgery and they were so nice. I remember when i was home and I was in recovery, the stuff called me and asked me how am i doing if I have any pain. Dr. Boss, was my surgery and he was so nice with me. He is not in this world but he is in a better place. People do not criticize the place if you are not happy then look foe another clinic. All the clinic are the same and this clinic foe me is the best. I am thinking to do another surgery and I already called them. I trust them a lot and I will never try other clinic. if you go to this place you are suicidal. They lie the entire time. The goal is to bundle services at low prices, when you get there its a bait and switch. The drs are overworked so they try to upsell and do less services. They have had 8 deaths in 6 years. Change names and keep going. They are slow to credit back for services and keep $$ from some. Many are from out of state and cant follow up. They dont take vitals, lie about nicotine levels or bmi to try and get out of work. They dont take vitals before surgery and when you wake up there is no recovery room, its to the door and out to the car. No medical files follow you and no after care instructions. From the second I put my deposit down until my 2nd and final post op visit with them I was taken care of!! Any questions I had were answered immediately there was no waiting around for days like I hear about the other places.. I was a bit of a busy body 1 day post op and I ended up busting my stitches, I raced back there and all the employees were leaving to go home, the supervising nurse Naivi took me inside and stitched me right back up she even gave me her personal cell just in case I needed her after hours!! I never do ratings, but this place pissed me off so much I had to download Yelp for this. This complaint has nothing to do with their office, which I already know is super unprofessional based on the reviews. This business filed a complaint to the city dictating their clients have nowhere to park. They have a whole building with parking that they only use for their workers. Now, all my neighbors and I are not allowed to park in the street. I live in a duplex, with 7 people. We have too many cars, and now we don't have the space. Fuck this place, they botch surgeries and then do not help you. DO NOT COME HERE. This place needs to be shut down. I would rate this place a Zero if I could. read more

As long as you don't mind trading good communication with the low price, definitely the place to go! I was originally going to get a tummy tuck and bbl. The surgeon suggested a bbl with Lipo only. I always wanted the tummy tuck, so ensure you advocate for yourself and what you want. I ended up saving a bunch of money and went with the tummy tuck. I am 8 weeks out and I LOOK FANTASTIC!!!! I suggest them to anyone who doesn't give a shit about being handheld through the process. They will not do that. That's what your post surgery caregivers are for. I had a tummy tuck at professional plastic surgery 2 weeks ago. My experience was awesome the coordinators nurses and Dr.P was very pleasant and attentive. The office is very clean and well decorated and the environment was very comfortable. I was extremely excited about my new journey and I am extremely happy I picked them. I have been to this facility three times for surgery and each time they were very professional and addressed every concern that I had. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed during the pre op, postoperative and surgery day. I always choose Dr. P because if her beautiful personality and wonderful results.
