I had a 5 star experience here. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews because i didn't experience not one bad thing. I did extensive research before. I came here and saw all the bad reviews, and I still went with my intuition and decided to go with this clinic anyway. I did not pay ahead of time. I paid the full balance when I got there in person at the consultation. (Not including the 250 fee, i paid that ahead of time) They definitely communicate extensively weeks before your surgery (even months). Letting you know Exactly what you need. So I came fully prepared with medical clearance and all labs required. So that was a breeze. I met Dr. Pacheco, the day of my surgery, early in the morning and we had at least an hour conversation about the ins and outs and everything that I wanted to know she answered everything extensively. Even providing me with links of stuff to purchase for recovery& her email address so i can contact her directly. I got lipo and a tummy tuck. She made me feel extremely comfortable and shes very warm hearted. She took care of me as if I was her own daughter. Going Into surgery and coming out. I Also paid extra to get the shot directly into the abdomen. That lasts for 72 hours to help with pain. In the recovery floor of the clinic, I also paid to get a vitamin/hydration IV. Which I feel also helped a lot in my recovery. They did not try to rush me off of the recovery floor I was there for a couple of hours at least before my hired aftercare nurse came to pick me up. The company i chose was 'premier private care services' & i got Jazmine who was an absolute angel. I Did not go with the recovery house that they suggested called "mels recovery house" because the woman that runs the house could not answer the questions properly and I did not feel comfortable. Plus you cant find anything about them online.. It seems like that recovery house isn't up to par, so I decided to go with my own company that I did My own research on. I stayed in Miami for 11 days, and I saw Dr. Pacheco, for follow-ups Twice a week. Lisbeht her nurse is absolutely amazing as well. I had exactly 4 follow-up visits with Dr. Pacheco and her nurse Lisbeht and they took exceptional care of me. Giving me all the info i needed and also changing my dressings and the tape on my incision so I didn't have to. Overall i had a 5 star experience. Would definitely recommend Dr Pacheco all day. And I have to 2 of my close friends and family. & they are even considering getting work done here. Pacheco takes pride in her work. & as long as you listen to the instructions given you should have no problems recovering. Horrible experience!!! I cancelled my surgery!! I was an out-of-state patient who was not told that I needed a Medical Clearance from my doctor and was not given the time of surgery until you go to the pre-op the day before which caused me not to have my support contact available and they wanted me to pay an additional $280 for a nurse and an additional $150 for a on-site doctor to give me a clearance. Rubio (Roxanne) has a very negative attitude and wanted to add $2,600 extra when I was given a price of $4,000. This happened the day of my pre-op after I incurred traveling expenses of flights, hotel and uber.. I do not recommend this place at all!!! Doctor , preop and recovery nurse : amazing ! The front desk girl who answers the phone and the person that takes payments absolutely horrible customer service , which is unfortunate because they are the first point of contact for the clinic and sets the tone for your initial experience which was not pleasant . Also it seems they do not tell people that they require a medical clearance which costs an additional $150 they told me this the day before my initial surgery so I had to end up rescheduling. Why lie and say the cost includes all pre ops etc and then tell you last minute you need to pay an additional $150? That was a huge inconvenience but I was set on Dr.K for my surgery so I didn't cancel . Once you meet the doctor Dr.K he's is so good at what he does beyond skilled ( he did my upper bleph and a skin pinch on lower eyes) and thorough . The price was so good ! If I could give no stars I would. It's no wonder the majority of their ratings are one star. I should have checked here first. My Doctor I went with was Darryl J. Blinski for a neck and lower facelift. I had been dealing with Legna, a coordinator but really she's just a sales person. Once she locked me in there was no more communication even when I initiated it. But she did assure me that Blinski was the go to guy for the face. I had a nice experience speaking to Dr K about a BBL so I trusted them at this point. I sent all the pictures of my face. Flew all the way from Vegas. Went to the so called preop and never saw the doctor. Next morning I go in the OR and Blinski starts throwing a fit saying I need a chin implant. I told him I am not putting silicone in my body. He says we don't have to do it today. I'm like sir I flew all the way from Nevada for this procedure! Did you not even look at my pictures? It was clear he didn't but as soon as I said that he grabbed me and started marking my face and cutting my hair all wildly. My hair was flying and he said "I will do the best I can" Clearly he wanted me to be quiet because he didn't want the anesthesiologist and all the nurses to know that he did not do his due diligence. Not only did he not video me not call me at all, but he didn't even look at my pictures. The next day I go in for a post surgical appointment like they told me to and I was there on time. He was not there. That was a Friday. Monday I came back to a postop appointment because we were going to be flying back on Tuesday. I came back at the time they asked me to, and I still had not seen him. So this guy not only did not look at my pictures or give me a phone call or even show up to pre-op, but he cut into my face major surgery and never even saw me after surgery. A nurse saw me and I was handed a handful of gauze, not even in a bag, but literally from her hand to my hand and was told to buy some antibacterial cream and some saline and that was it. I did not have any postop instructions whatsoever. They just handed my daughter Prescriptions and said here go fill these for her. Its been 40 days since breast implant replacement surgery. Since the surgery there has been constant pain which should have subsided by now . So I went to the hospital to get it checked out, The hospital required the paperwork regarding the surgery but after 5 requests for that surgery information I have received nothing. At first, it seems as though the coordinator is very attentive and gets you all excited for your surgery. But right after you pay they could care less. After your surgery your literally left like a used piece of tissue. Also, the recovery place (that is referred by the clinic) is horrible. The staff there are friendly, but the management is disgusting. The owner of new you recovery, Mari, doesn't even have license to own that place to start, has 1-2 staff with like 10 people staying there at a time, and doesn't respond to any of your calls. The staff was great and the surgery came out even better than I expected! I was originally scheduled for a TT with lipo to the waist back at the end of March. My surgery was cancelled 2 days before due to Covid-19. When elective surgeries were allowed in, I was called that Monday to book my surgery the next week. My pre-op appointment was pretty quick. Everything went smooth. The girls in the front were friendly as well as all of the staff I came into contact with. My surgeon was Dr. Pacheco who I met the morning of the surgery. She was absolutely amazing! She thoroughly explained everything about the procedure, what to do in the next few weeks for recovery, the medications and their uses and any questions I had she answered. Then I went into the surgery room and woke up in another room. As I was coming out of Anesthesia they called my companion that I was ready to go and when they got me in the car, they handed her the medication and after care sheet and told her what to do. I'm 7 days post op and cannot believe my results! I'm still swollen but can see amazing results. I do not regret anything at all. I can only imagine when the swelling goes down. The Office Manager Navy called my Radiologist, Primary Care Physician & local Plastic Surgeon "LIARS" & said they were "STUPID" because my ultrasound - per THEIR REQUEST, showed that Surgeon Dr. Julio Arrante placed 1 implant above the muscle and 1 implant below the muscle - causing me to have LOPSIDED breasts!!!! All 3 Dr.'s said the issue would NOT correct itself as Professional KEPT telling me it would & recommended I contact Dr. Arrante immediately!!!! I complained about it the FIRST DAY after my surgery and was told by the nurse & coordinator that it was normal and even gave exercises to do to help them "drop". Now 3 MONTHS later and no improvement. I've sent pictures, called, texted, even had an ultrasound done and they still won't HONOR THEIR MISTAKE. they are now trying to charge me to fix his mistake!!! And now worse, hanging up on me and instructing the Receptionist to either hang up when I call, or leave me on hold and never pick up! After almost $6000 spent!!!!! I've called & texted for months and never got a call back. I got a tummy tuck here a year and a half ago and Dr. Arronte has completely butchered my tummy. I had a vertical scar from an existing surgery when I was 10 and he made two incisions in it that I later found were unnecessary which got infected and hypertrophied, raised my belly button way up high almost to the bottom tip of my sternum (close to my breast) which he kept claiming was in the right place, and made the tummy tuck incision so high up that my Jean pants still do not hide it, which also got infected and opened up completely which he claimed was just "spitting stitches" which I also learned from my wound care Dr that that was not true. He did not do any lipo suction, and I was uglier after the surgery than I was before I went in. I am now spending thousands of dollars just to fix a little bit of the butcher work he has done to me. My belly button has been moved by an actual plastic surgeon but I was told that it still isn't quite where it should be but, at least, looks like it is somewhat normal..not to mention, he completely made a weird looking belly button that doesn't even look like a belly button, which I also, had to attempt to have fixed. I had an inny belly button and he created something weird that after an attempted fixing still looks like a coffee bean. I had booked and paid for surgery on July 14 to have surgery September 12. I found out July 20 during a routine mammogram I have cancer. I got in contact with my coordinator right after the biopsy. they asked me for my paperwork, they wanted the papers that showed it's cancer. The absolute worst place to go had surgery there less than a yr ago im disgusted with ny results I've reached out to them numerous times to discuss some type of revision surgery and every single time besides messages and emails never being answered they say someone will get back to me and they never do. I feel like Professional Plastic Surgery took advantage of me in the following ways; They lied and said Dr. Pacheco was out-of -office and instead assigned Dr. Reyes to conduct my surgery. Dr. Pacheco was in office at that time with my friend, Rachael and even performed her surgery at the same time my surgery took place My vitals were not taken at anytime before or after surgery (blood pressure or pulse) The doctor was supposed to do a BBL and tummy tuck on me, but instead chose what procedure he would do for me without giving me a choice or even an explanation afterwards as to why he didn't do the tummy tuck Placing me in a faja that was too small after surgery caused painful faja burn The way I was treated when trying to call the plastic surgeon's office The way I was treated at my post op appt I paid $7,500 for a BBL and tummy tuck, but was only refunded $2,500. The BBL alone was $4,500. I tried contacting them about the remaining $500 to no avail. I recieved no post op instructions My trainer took my measurements 2 days prior to surgery. 1 week post op and my measurements are almost identical. This makes me believe that the procedure was done incorrectly (the way the fat was taken out and injected is a certain process). Because Dr. Reyes was assigned to me 5 minutes before surgery, I had no time to conduct any research on him Dr. Reyes is not even on Professional Plastic Surgery's website as one of their Physicians. Today i am exactly 2 weeks post OP and MANNNNNN LET ME TELL YOU ! Thank you to Dr.ramirez and team (kimberly,Naivi,lucy)I feel confident again and just loving the results i have at the moment i can't wait to see what ima look like when completely healed!They made me feel so comfortable since the first time i spoke with them months ago . Kimberly was my coordinator and she was AWSOME answered any questions i had and i always got a super fast response. Once i was finally in office they greeted me in such a friendly manner that made me feel at ease (cause i was 100% nervous at the time lol) , I am so happy i went with PPS for my BBL and i will be back in a year for my breast augmentation ! I do not recommend this place. I had a BBL, right after the surgery I was half a sleep and soak and wet in blood but they did care and put me in a wheel chair and sent me out in my way. I told the nurse that it hurt to sit but they didn't care they just wanted me out. The next day during the follow up it wasn't any better. They didn't check anything they just asked me to remove my faja with no help and sent me home. They were even upset because I came earlier to the appointment. One of the things that irritated me the most is that I told them that I brought my own bbl pillow, for I wasn't going to purchase it from them. They told me I was paying for my surgery, faja, and boards and foams but they included the bbl pillow without my consent. read more
