What I really meant to say is that the staff at ADG is very professional and helpful. I called them to see if they accepted my insurance (blessed) and they didn't have an answer right away but called me later to tell me that they did. I was able to schedule for the same day also. Things were working wonderful with ADG. When I arrived, I checked in promptly and was taken to the radiation room in no time. It was like the radiation was waiting for me. I was happy to see Spanish/English signs, it makes me happy to see that we are a diverse country, plus I love Latino Food, because, "Hi, my name is Julio! And I will eat your food! Haha! I'm hilarious!". Anyway, there is parking also. Oh! One more thing: what's up with the bunker inside the radiation room where the tech hides as you are getting blasted with radiation. Why is the guy hiding? Man, show some solidarity. I don't feel comfortable getting X rays, and the tech hiding behind an aluminum wall is not making it easier for me. That's why we need AI and bots.

She said I would not be seen for the ultrasound if I didn't pay up front. Then when I had a chance to call Cigna right after (in the parking lot) who confirmed I shouldn't have been charged-she shook her head at me and said it was all billing dept hands now and that she couldn't reverse the charges. No apology and no empathy for her callous mistake. This is why this place scores so low. The tech who did the ultrasound was lovely though.

Years later I'm still fighting with them about a huge bill I got in the mail. This company is an absolute GAME-CHANGER for UTI diagnosis and treatment. If you've had more than…read moreone UTI, this test may be of utmost importance to you. Petri dish culture technology (invented in the year 1887) is still being used by hospitals, emergency rooms, urgent cares, and likely your Primary Care Physician. I imagine the Microgen DX DNA testing will completely replace all this antiquated Petri dish testing in the next few years. I had to visit urgent care one day due to a 103° F fever and painful urination. The urinalysis came back clean and the urine culture test results were underwhelming. Luckily, I have one of the top primary care physicians in the country ( Kelly K. McCann) and she set me up with the Microgen DX test kit. The test results showed my bladder had multiple pathogenic bacterial species. The results ALSO showed the antibiotics most-likely to be efficacious for treating this infection! No more broad-spectrum "guessing game" antibiotics needed for UTIs! Their testing even picked up an active infection in my prostate, for which I had zero symptoms but we treated with antibiotics until the test came back clean. By treating this prostate infection that I had no idea I had, I've likely reduced my risk for developing prostate cancer down the road. Feel free to share this testing method with your PCP or reach out to Microgen DX to find a practitioner in your area that already utilizes it. Testing is not that difficult to do yourself but it can helpful to have a doctor helping you with concurrent dosing of biofilm busters, and of course someone to write the RX for the antibiotics or antifungals. This company is providing real answers for people with UTI's and other infections. They are true heroes.

I had a sinus infection and my ( bottom of the barrel) doctors at Kaiser Permanente prescribed doxycycline. Microgendx informed me that the type of infection i had was doxycycline resistant. Why all hospitals aren't using them or a testing company like them is crazy. If you have the money use them!!!

They offer an app to check future appointments, medications etc. You do have to get a pass code from them to set up an account so make sure you ask. The front staff? Very friendly. I will say they need to guide patients a little more through process. After my appointment, I sat for awhile waiting for my paperwork. The Dr. was great. Listened and asked all the right questions. My nurse prepping me also great. Trying a new primary care physician Is tough. Based on my experience this day? I'd choose her again. Overall? A professional staff, nice waiting experience, and on time with my appointment. Side note: most on staff is bilingual if that helps too! When I arrived at the South Conway office, I was told I had to pay a $60 copay "just in case" the visit ended up being billed differently. I did not feel this was fair, especially since my insurance clearly covers annual preventive visits at 100%. Because I disagreed with being charged a copay for a covered service, I chose to cancel my appointment and requested a refund of the $60, which was provided. Unfortunately, this meant I lost time from work and wasted part of my day for an appointment I was unable to keep. I understand that clinics have billing policies, but patients should not be expected to pay upfront for services that their insurance has already confirmed as fully covered. I hope management reviews this policy so other patients do not experience the same frustration.
