I also needed to establish a physician for my lower back L4, L5 and S1 pain medications I am on for over 20 years. Nurse practitioner came, took list of my meds mail order. She ordered my meds. Upon receiving the meds I noticed, she didn't order one of my meds for 90 days BUT for 30 days with no refills. I called pharmacy. Pharmacy replied, doctor ordered for 30 days with no refill. I called doctor's office. The doctor says he will not write 90 days or 30 days refill until he checks my physical. The clinic is stuck up, making totally irrelevant excuses to write meds refill or for 90 days. In order to further establish state of my physical, doctor went ahead with my blood test. I also requested to check if I am allergic to any unknown allergy. Besides, The unqualified staff who don't know how to read blood pressure. The pressure was so high, the nurse practitioner refused to order my medication I am using for almost 20 years. Well anyway, I went back to get blood drawn for testing purpose making sure there is nothing wrong anymore apart from some unknown allergic reaction I had earlier. The 2nd nurse came in to draw my blood. She can't even find my vein. Huh.... She send 3rd nurse to draw the blood. She gets it without making "ANY EXTRA DIGGING" efforts. Two days after, doctor on duty on Sunday calls asking "IF I AM DOING OK?" I was surprised. I went curious asking why what you find? Doctor says, my "SUGAR IS SO LOW" he wanted to make sure I am ok. I said something is wrong with your test. My sugar isn't as low as might think. I am absolutely active, working, going to gym. He said, there should be something wrong in test. He asked if anything went wrong while they drawing the blood? I said, the nurse named Deborah could find my vein. So she went ahead ask 3rd nurse to draw the blood. That's all. He orders 2nd blood drawn. I went today for another blood draw. 4th nurse came to draw the blood. He instigated if I get bruises a lot. I said, yes depending on how much you dig in my body. He takes my blood, then leaves all near by me, goes out to check if I have follow up appointment for test result discussions. I requested again, to write refill plus 90 days supply for my pain medicines. The receptionist said, she will send in message forward. They will call. Nurse named Deborah called, started crying for the same. They will not order another refill or 90 days supply. I said, you are not making any sense. She Says, my blood pressure was too high. It seemed like the doctors office practicing unethical behavior to cash on new patience. Moreover I am above 60 so I am a target of their atrocious pattern of behavior. I restrict anyone visiting FMA Facility located in Winter Spring, Florida. These center is milking patience not helping or do not know how to treat their Patience. Beware! Do not go there.

Check-in was quick and easy and I was in to see Whitney before long. She was really kind and helpful with all of my questions and concerns and made me feel totally at ease. When I had a follow-up question the next day, I called and spoke to triage nurse, Kelly, and once again I got the friendliest service. When dealing with health issues, that kind of kindness goes a long way. This Women's Care is closer to my house than the one I typically visit, so I may be changing over to this office after this great visit. 10/10

I feel that any pregnant woman considering this office for their care should read this review first. I am a high-risk patient. This is my first pregnancy at the age of 37. I came to this office specifically for my 12-week NIPT and ultrasound. What other reviews say about the billing department? 100% true. The policy is you to pay all fees up front -- not just for the current visit, but for future visits as well. We're talking several hundred dollars out-of-pocket, even with insurance. And no -- this does not include lab work or ultrasounds. Those charges are separate. This is just for the office visits and physician fees. No matter how far along you are, you pay upfront for all the future visits up until your delivery date. However, it is my understanding that this may just be common practice for ob/gyn's. The most egregious and frankly inexcusable part of my experience is this: after multiple rounds of back-and-forth with their billing department to get clarity on the "mandatory" financial agreement they force you to sign before being seen -- I finally signed. I agreed to their terms so I could move forward with the NIPT and ultrasound. I was seen in the office, had my blood drawn, etc. Two weeks went by. Nothing. At 14 weeks pregnant -- already anxious and desperately hoping for reassurance about my baby's genetic health -- I finally called them for an update. Do you know what they told me? They NEVER submitted my bloodwork for the NIPT. Let me repeat that: they confirmed that I had signed all the proper consent forms. They acknowledged that there were records showing I requested the test. They confirmed I had my blood drawn -- for other labs -- but somehow the NIPT was never ordered. The entire reason for my appointment was completely disregarded. Two weeks of waiting in the dark, thinking everything was in motion -- and they did nothing. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have even known. Someone explain to me: how does this happen? How does a medical office -- one responsible for the care of pregnant women, many of whom are vulnerable and high-risk -- allow something this serious to fall through the cracks? This is more than just disorganization. This is gross incompetence. If you're considering this office: proceed with extreme caution. I can't say who exactly is to blame -- but clearly, the system they have in place is broken. And no one is being held accountable for that breakdown. The lack of professionalism is absolutely appalling. I wasn't spoken to by a manager, and further, the front staff treated me like an inconvenience. Who is running this show? This isn't just a bad experience -- it's a complete failure of care.

This office was similar to the other as it was very modern, bright and welcoming. This location was a little more personalized with cool sports memorabilia I assume belong to Dr. Aippersbach. As previously introduced at my consoltation the day prior Bill was phenomenal and so was his team. I was seen very fast and made comfortable in the cozy room. This room had relaxing soft music playing and a program on the tv to keep myself distracted. I came in terrified and left happy and relieved. Dr Bill is very patient and precise. I felt like he was very gentle which I highly appreciate considering I hate the feeling of metal and vibration. The numbing worked fantastically and I felt like I was in and out. When I walk in the office, I feel welcome. I have greatly appreciated my appointments with Kyle Woods, APRN, because he's asked thorough questions about my medical condition and walked through my blood test results. We actually carried on a conversation. Kyle provided solid recommendations and action plans. I left my last primary care doctor for the lack of these positives. Note on location. It might be a challenge on the corner of Red Bug Lake Rd and 426 to get in and out.
