When I went to Dr Wilson he was "in emergency surgery " so I saw his PA Anna who said that he told her she could schedule the surgery if I met the criteria and that I did. My surgery was scheduled for March 25 2022. Beginning March 24 when I received a call from Anna that we didn't have Insurance approval yet I immediately called the ins co. They told me that they just received clinicals on 3/23 and it would take 5-10 days. I talked to Anna again and she said "That's a lie" and that she sent it on 3/16. I was back and forth with Ins and Anna (whom NEVER returns phone calls and always said she couldn't get ahold of the ins co to call herself ) to the point on the following Wednesday when I called the Ins and they said they received 34 more pages of clinicals on the 29th. Anna said she never sent anything on the 29th and last sent them on the 23rd, contradicting her statement the week before. In the end, my surgery was not approved because they did not have my MRI or injection results. How do you NOT send those tests to the insurance? Those should have been the first tests sent!!!!! Now, I WAS a smoker and had quit on 3/17 because I was having surgery and the insurance also wanted me to have quit 6 weeks before. But that would just be a little delay but to not send the records that would clearly be needed and THEN she completely stopped answering all calls and emails as if to say they were no longer interested in getting this surgery done. This woman caused me a GREAT deal of anxiety and depression. Giving me hope that all this pain would go away and then not submitted what should be submitted for most any surgery and not working to get the surgery approved! And then she continuously lied and contradicted herself. When I called to complain to the office manager, I never received a call back from her either. These people do not care about the patients! (Giving credit where credit is due- Kiani, who wrote my MLOA note always responded to my emails and calls) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I now have an appointment with a different neurosurgeon at a different medical office.

Dr .Gideon Lewis used surgical hardware which actually was to big for her foot. These issues were to be observed by another local Podiatric surgeon. The new surgeon who corrected Dr. Gideon's "hack job" stated when performing the surgery to correct everything, that he could actually pull the screws and brackets that were all loose and he could pull the hardware out with his fingers. My wife used a bone stimulator as requested by Dr. Gideon, it didn't help heal her foot.THE PAIN WAS SO UNBEARABLE! SHE REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT AFTER SURGERY AND DR. Both doctors informed me that due to my medical condition, the procedures I sought (tummy tuck and liposuction) were considered high-risk and would need to be performed in a hospital. Unfortunately, they were not authorized to operate in such a setting. I had nearly given up on the idea of surgery until I visited my family doctor, who referred me to Dr. Trevisani. From the outset, Dr. Trevisani and his team--Julia and Stephanie--were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions. Dr. Trevisani is an exceptional cosmetic surgeon who truly exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation, where he carefully listened to my concerns, to the surgery itself and the post-operative care, I felt completely comfortable and well-informed at every step. The results of my procedure are stunning--natural-looking and exactly as I had hoped. His skill and artistry are evident in every aspect of the outcome, and I am deeply grateful for the newfound confidence he has given me. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Trevisani to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
