Just have to say this is my first Yelp! Review. I even created an account to make it. To start off,…read moremy wife is a patient of Dr. Isa's. He has been a wonderful doctor to her. She has been living virtually pain free with increased mobility for over a year. Our experience at the office has been good on every visit. The staff has been amazing to us. One member of the staff that really stands out for us is Jen in the billing dept. She came into my office with her husband, him as a new patient. I recognized her and immediately remembered how she helped us understand our billing issues and benefit questions several months ago. She was friendly, shook our hands and greeted us with a smile. She was understanding, knowledgeable and addressed our concerns. She didn't act annoyed or rushed. It was a relief to be talked to like real people. It was a relief to also be able to speak with someone who knew so much and was able to relate to our situation. And an added statement... Jen also assisted one of our senior patients who lost his footing in our lobby. She quickly grabbed his arm and waist and prevented what could of been a terrible fall. She walked with him to his exam room, while her husband carried his belongings. You dont encounter too many kind people in the world and certainly not ones who continue to care long after they have clocked out. Good doctors and great staff. Go there.

He is experiencing new seizure-like episodes that are heartbreaking to see as a mom. I left a lengthy message for Dr Arnaldo's office. Receptionist called back without listening to my message, asking "what can I do for you?" First of all, take the time to listen to the message so you know why I am calling. And then after explaining the situation again, she says they "do not accept patients with autism or developmental delays." I asked why, and she said, "that's just the rules." That's it? That's your answer? Do you know anything about my son? You didn't ask me a SINGLE question about him. You just assume that everyone with autism and developmental delays is the same. If you met him, you wouldn't know he has autism. You'd think he's typical. So maybe if I had just shown up to your office instead of calling, you would have accepted him as a patient. Your "rules" should be posted on your door, website, and told to any possible referring doctors offices, "Sorry, we don't accept any patients who: look, sound, or act different; who walk with a cane, service dog, or use a wheelchair; who can't read or write, or act their age; who have trouble communicating; or who have accents that are really hard to understand, like our front desk receptionist. Your neuro-diverse problem is not our problem. Please don't waste our time. We have "normal" patients to attend to." But since you're not posting this disclaimer, I will do it for you. Google review done, referring doctors and special needs school notified, now here on Yelp; and next up Advent Health. This is absolutely autism-discrimination!! Specifically, Ableism. I will make sure to spread the word to my special needs community, schools, peers, parents, to advent health, and our other doctors' offices who referred us to you, that your "neurology" office does not care about helping people who are Neuro-diverse. Shame on you! If a negative 10 stars were an option that still wouldn't express my disappointment in this unprofessional, heartless, discriminatory practice.

I suffer from chronic migraines, which have been managed well over the last 4 months with medication, but have increased in frequency/severity over the last 2 weeks and were causing me to miss work and social activities. I needed to find a neurologist in Orlando after moving from Chicago a few months ago but many of the offices I called had very long waiting lists (some 5 months long!!). When I called Dr. Toshniwal's office they were able to get me in the very next day! The office itself is very tiny and outdated but cute. It lives in the Orlando Medical-Dental Center complex and is on the ground level in Suite 109. The waiting room is lined with chairs and wood paneling. Dr. Toshniwal took time to listen to all of my symptoms & concerns, asked a ton of questions, and did a thorough neuro exam. Overall the exam took about 20 minutes and she sent my new prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy. I'm very happy to have found her.

It did take me a long time for someone to call me back for an appointment the first time. I went to the office maybe the almost end or middle of March and had to go back The beginning of April. I had some issues where I have certain medical diagnoses which restrict me from a normal MRI machine . The MRI service told me that due to those exceptions. My doctors office would need to do a prior authorization before they could do my MRI. I had never heard of this before so I made sure and asked. Do you want me to call the doctors office or the insurance? They said the doctors office. I've worked in pharmacy for almost 20 years and I know for a fact prior authorizations regardless if it's for medication for a medical supply or service, they are all done through the prescriber. I called the doctors office and for about six minutes I went back-and-forth with Teresa and she kept saying how they never do that. They need to schedule it for you. They don't know what they're talking about and after a while of back-and-forth she said please hold and let me see if I can find out. Almost 10 minutes later Evelyn answers the phone and she just says hello. This is Evelyn. I had not spoken to this person today yet. I said I'm holding for Teresa. She said I was told to answer the phone. How can I help you. The correct way to do that would be to say hello. My name is so-and-so. I was told by so-and-so to answer the phone to further assist you how may I help you? Makes sense? Good. Today is April 10 have not heard back anything regarding that check or verification that she was going to do . Yesterday afternoon I received a phone call at 4:33 PM. I missed it because I was working, I stepped out two minutes later and made the phone call and this. Message was saying that the office is closed and that they are now on service. Why would you ask me to call back now? If you are on service? I left a message with the on-call physician. Did not get a call back in the next morning. I had to call three times leave a message the first two on the third attempt someone finally answered. They transferred me to the administrator of the office Jamie . Like I said, I worked for a doctor's office before and worked very closely with my office administrator, and she behaved well above the minimum standards of common decency. This person stated that she was helping the office staff make calls and that is something that she never does so that's why she did not leave her name on the answering machine because if I called back, she would not be the one that I would reach out to and she had no answer as to why you would leave a voicemail asking somebody to call back when your phones are already on service. I will definitely be looking for a new Neurologist, because I am already depressed and anxious as it is that I have to go to a neurologist and live in St. Cloud and drive all the way to downtown Orlando to see these people. The doctor is fabulous, but if I have to deal with that office staff one more time I don't think I'll be able to hold off an anxiety attack. These people have me shaking.

The location truly is stellar and very easy to get to whether you're coming from interstate four or 1792. My neurologist is a part of this group and I can't really say enough good things about the practice as a whole. They are women's team to be 100% on time and they use email, text and real humans to call and confirm appointments. It seems silly to mention this but you just don't see that much Time to get into patient care these days. It's multi fold you know the doctors make money when you show up for your appointment... Clearly they figured out it's a win-win situation. My doctor and should I see doctors or part of this group but this is not a review of them although I'm very happy with all the doctors I've seen... This is a review of the location and I must say operate it is very good. I would be very comfortable offering my recommendation.
