I called on Wednesday and even though they were booked up she had squeezed me into the schedule on Friday due to our issue being a pretty simple fix. The technician was going to arrive at 1 pm but he ended up calling me saying he could come earlier, which was great because I had some errands to run. When he arrived he was super polite and friendly and fixed the garage door very quickly. I will be using them again if we have any other issues.

Avoid Overhead Door Company of Four Corners. These folks triple charged us for a simple…read moremaintenance call. They charged us $140 for a trip charge plus $55 for a service call plus $8.50 for fuel and another $160 to simply lubricate the pulleys on the garage door. These folks also installed a new garage door switch on the wall that stopped working after 9 months. Despite having a year warranty for parts and labor, Overhead Door is not standing behind the warranty for this switch that they installed. Overall, we initially liked working with them, but they significantly overcharge for their work and don't stand behind their services. Suggest going with a more reputable company.

I contacted Chamberlain first and learned that our belts and pulleys were still under warranty so they would send out replacements but my husband was reluctant to attempt the repair. Set up a service appointment and they were not only able to come out quickly - they also did not charge a trip fee - a true rarity from living in a rural place where everyone charges one. Repairs were made and doors adjusted and made to operate quietly like new. They're now supposed to return to do some work on our barn garage doors and I expect the same level of professionalism and excellent service.
