I took a picture of doors they installed in the past to show them so this door would match. I told them the size, door was ordered. Door came, there were 5 panels, 3 were 1 size and 2 were another. I called to tell them they don't match. I was told I could return these and get the door I wanted if I pay a 35% restocking fee. That would make the final cost more than double what another local garage door company would have cost. So in the end I have 4 garage doors in a row, 3 that match and 1 that don't! I had this company give me an estimate today on fixing my garage door. They told me right away, without even getting within reach of the door that it couldnt be repaired. They then gave me a brochure and estimate of cost (3000+) of new door. Another company came, and i now have a working door for under 200 dollars. Dont use this company!!! read more

My garage door opener mechanism quit working. They were referred to me by my handyman so after I called them, they came out and offered to replace the circuit board, saving me some money and not having to replace the whole opener. I agreed and I went into my garage one morning and they were there. The guy that initially came out was there with the owner of the company and they said that they gave me bad information, that I really needed a door because it was too broken to work. I asked about how much it would be and they said "$1800" but would get back to me. I did not realize at the time that they had already replaced the garage door circuit board. After a couple of weeks of me opening and closing the 18' door manually (I'm 62 with a bad back) I called the company to see where they were with the bid. Their secretary put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back and said there was a bill in the mail for a $300 service call and that a new door would be $3900! I was very upset and then they told me that they did replace the circuit board but they did not hook it up because I needed a new door. I spoke to the owner, who kept mispronouncing my name even after I corrected him 3 different times. He said that he didn't know why but someone quoted the most expensive door and that he would send a quote for a cheaper one. They sent a quote for a door that is $2900 and a bill for $300 for a service call and installing the new circuit board that apparently is useless because I need a new door. When my handyman was out he asked how the garage door was going and I told him it still didn't work because I needed a new door. He got very upset, he said the door worked before and there is no reason why they couldn't have hooked it back up he hooked up the garage door opener to the door and it now works just fine. Just like it worked fine for years before the opener went out. However, I still need to program my remote openers and I've been watching youtube videos to see how. l. I understand my garage door is broken but it worked for years before the opener went out. I feel like they got me in a wringer and if I didn't buy a door for either $3900 or $2900 I would have to manually open and close it. Also, in their quote, they were only going to install it. Not haul the old door away and not hook up the opener and not program the remotes and have them install it, I would have to continue to open and close it manually. I am a single, 62-year-old very small-framed woman. I feel like they have taken complete advantage of my situation and they are crooked! Crooked and cheats they are! DO NOT HIRE THESE CON ARTISTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SINGLE FEMALE AND UNSURE ABOUT HOW GARAGE DOORS WORK- I SMELL A RAT! They will cheat you and not even care what you name it! My mom had them come out to look at her garage door for the chain was falling off. Two workers showed and told her and myself that she needed to replace the entire motor. With a cost of at least $500. I asked them to email me the cost and then we would set up when they could do the job. Never heard back from them thank god! Had another company come out today and they tightened up the chain and that was all that was wrong. This company will rip off your Mother DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS! read more

Had this company replace the trim around my two garage doors, the trim joint angles were cut wrong and there were large gaps between the overhead trim and the vertical trim pieces. The door initially wouldn't close because the trim was mounted too close to the door. They refused to remove the old caulk and refused to caulk the new trim pieces. I emailed the company about the shoddy work and it was ignored so I am writing this review. read more

Professional Garage Door company is professional, friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Justin, Rodney and Justin came to our home for an emergency call they were all enthusiastic, helpful and efficient. It took only 20 minutes to temporarily fix the door. The very next day they returned with the replacement items. You could not ask for better service they are reasonably priced and take pride in their work! I just used these guys to install a door opener on my barn. The owner came out gave a price and then i never heard back. I stopped by their office to find out what was going on after four weeks and i was told that they were going to install on Monday. I re-arranged my schedule to be home and the installers came out on Monday. They installed the opener and then informed me that some of my wiring was bad and they left without my door being operable. I contacted the electrician I used on the barn project, he came out and we traced everything and all the wires were fine except the ones their installer put in. I contacted the owner, not for a rate reduction, but to let him know his installers had not completed the job. He proceeded to inform me that he would fire his workers. He was very unprofessional in telling me that and I didnt need to hear it. I only wanted to inform him that the job was not finished by his crew and they gave me misinformation. I would never use these people again. I have been in construction over forty years and these are not professional people. My rating is a zero. read more
