I called because my garage door was failing to open and close properly, getting stuck or popping back open repeatedly. I didn't want to have to deal with that for longer than I needed to, so when I called, I did so despite the bad review because this company was the closest to where I live in Delta County. Not only did they answer the phone immediately, I was able to make an appointment that same afternoon. The two gentleman arrived on time, fixed the mechanical issues quickly, were as courteous as it gets, and added that they'd be back the next day to add the proper type of stripping to the bottom of the door, which it sorely needed but I didn't even ask for! They showed up again exactly on time, replaced the old stripping, and were on their way. The price was completely reasonable. When I mention this to a neighbor who runs a dairy nearby, he said he'd used Grand Valley as well, and was very pleased. So there you have it. These guys are great. When we build a home, which we hope to in the not too distant future, we'll definitely be giving Grand Valley a call!

They confirmed their suspicions when they arrived, my door had been sticking to the seal after some lubricant got on the seal. We got it cleaned off and it stopped sticking but had a bit of a gap at the top, so they tuned up the door and got it sealed and working better than it did when I bought the house. While they were there we started talking about a replacement (since I had anticipated the need due to the bending) they talked about options and had a replacement seal ready to go. But they actually talked me out of the need for a door or seal for the time being since they're still working. If and when I ever need something with the garage door, I'm calling them. They were probably there working/talking for an hour and didn't charge me anything. They were very nice, they know their stuff and they're not shy about sharing knowledge.

We're located in Vallecito, which is a long trip from Pagosa Springs but they showed up on time, did the estimate and were on their way quickly. Unfortunately, it ended up taking over 3 months to get the door due to Clopay manufacturing backlog. But the door finally came and Bearfoot came out and had it all installed in an hour or so.
