The technician diagnosed the problem right away which turned out to be a misaligned track and improper bracing. It took him about an hour to complete the work and now the door is as smooth as silk. Yesterday morning I found that the garage door opener could not open the garage door due to a broken spring in the raising the lowering mechanism. Toward the end of day, having become frustrated at the lack of response from another repair service, I called Mesa Doors and they responded immediately by opening the door so that I could extract my car. The returned this morning, promptly at the appointed time and with a call ahead to confirm that I was ready for them. They fixed the door mechanism within an hour, including making some adjustments that resulted in better operation than before, and their final bill was less than their previous estimate. I am very pleased with the service from Mesa Door Systems. One day on the weekend the door quit working due to a cable problem on one side. Had to disconnect to get the garage door shut. Mesa did a fantastic job with the broken spring on our door. Walt identified not only the type of garage door we had from a photo I sent but also that we had the wrong kind of spring for our door. Hayden came out and serviced the door the same day. He fixed the door with the correct spring size, replaced missing parts in the door, fixed the LiftMaster bracket into the ceiling, educated me about the current door and future replacement doors and the timeframes for replacement.
