Our garage door had been giving us problems ever since it was new. I had the company that installed it come out and look at it and all they did was lube it. The door was still giving us problems so I looked up garage door repairs in my area and came across Mesa Door Systems. I gave them a call and they had someone out to my home in a few hours. The technician diagnosed the problem right away which turned out to be a misaligned track and improper bracing. It took him about an hour to complete the work and now the door is as smooth as silk. The whole experience with Mesa from the initial phone call to the completion of the work is what a business should like. This is a company I will definitely be calling next time I have a problem with a garage or if I need a replacement. Do yourself a favor and call Mesa Door Systems if you need a garage door repair or replacement. read more

Amazing, I called Walt at Mesa Door Systems, to come and look at our large two-story overhead door that was not working, and he and Hayden were amazing. I was amazed at the proficiency and how well the two worked together. I have very seldom observed two people so in tune with each other to what needed done to repair our door. I am truly impressed at how professional they both were and truly tuned up and repaired our door so we could get back to business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, having garage door problems. They were awesome to work with, and they came in, got the job done and did preventative maintenance above and beyond what we have had done by others in the past. They were great, give them a call, I know you will be as pleased as I am. Kenny M. Teltech Group Environmental Health and Safety Manager. read more

Yesterday morning I found that the garage door opener could not open the garage door due to a broken spring in the raising the lowering mechanism. Toward the end of day, having become frustrated at the lack of response from another repair service, I called Mesa Doors and they responded immediately by opening the door so that I could extract my car. The returned this morning, promptly at the appointed time and with a call ahead to confirm that I was ready for them. They fixed the door mechanism within an hour, including making some adjustments that resulted in better operation than before, and their final bill was less than their previous estimate. Their representative was courteous and considerate and complete competent. I would not hesitate to call Mesa Doors in the future, or to recommend them to a friend. read more

The great guys at Mesa Door Systems, Walt & Brian, have been taking care of all our garage door problems and emergencies for several years. When we call they are very fast to respond and fix the problem quickly efficiently and professionally. Minor fixes and repairs are generally fast and inexpensive, within an hour or two. Today they just finished completely replacing two 23+ year old garage door and garage door openers. Throughout the job they maintained a clean & safe work area and meticulously cleaned and touched up after the installation was complete. The final cost was not a surprise, as always, the final payment is exactly the same as the original estimate, and is fair and reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys and Mesa Door Systems for all your garage door needs, great and small. read more

Prior to calling Mesa Door Systems I had contacted another company for repair of my door three times in a year and a half. They "saved me money" all three times! Then I called Mesa Door who got to my service within the week of my call!!! They converted my door to a safe system, truly repaired the door, and helped me to control the total cost. They warranty their work so if I have to have them back out I will not be paying three times!!! They were professional, courteous, respectful, and MY DOOR WORKS!! It does not bounce and jerk like it used to....Super smooth. These guys stand up to the old fashioned work ethic I grew up with in this valley. They are a pleasure to do business with!!! I am very pleased with the service from Mesa Door Systems. One day on the weekend the door quit working due to a cable problem on one side. Had to disconnect to get the garage door shut. I checked out Mesa Door Systems, largely due to positive reviews and nearby proximity. I called Monday morning and they got here by 1pm same day. That alone is worthy, but then to fix my problem, rebalance the door and make it happy all for a modest invoice has me delighted and very pleased. Professional, courteous and excellent workmanship. I highly recommended Mesa Door Systems for your garage door needs. I will definitely call them again for any issues. Very much appreciated, can't recommended them highly enough. read more

I have used Mesa Door Systems a couple of times and referred them to family and friends. I had our garage door damaged by a vehicle on a Thursday night and could not open or close. We were leaving on Friday for a four day vacation and I had to get our door fixed before we left for the airport at noon on Friday. I called Walt and he said he was booked completely for Friday. I expressed my desperation and Walt made time to come out fix the door and we never missed a beat! Mesa Door Systems went above and beyond normal service on this one and will have my business for a lifetime. Thank you for still valuing and giving quality service and meeting peoples needs like you do. Steve Heifner / Fruita, CO. read more

Mesa did a fantastic job with the broken spring on our door. Walt identified not only the type of garage door we had from a photo I sent but also that we had the wrong kind of spring for our door. Hayden came out and serviced the door the same day. He fixed the door with the correct spring size, replaced missing parts in the door, fixed the LiftMaster bracket into the ceiling, educated me about the current door and future replacement doors and the timeframes for replacement. Plus let me know how to maintain the door in the meantime. The door has never worked better or quieter. This is exactly how service providers should be. A+ read more

I have never experienced better service from any company in Grand Junction. I spoke to Walt the owner in the morning and he had many appointments for the day but said we could connect later and he would try his best to send someone out. Hayden came and was extremely professional, friendly, and educated me on garage door systems. Mine was not broken but the remote was. I did get new remotes on the spot and I most definitely will call them when I need a new system. Same day service was a miracle. Other companies were weeks out. i highly recommend them and trust this company. Debra M read more

We had an old garage door that broke and we were unable to get my husbands truck out for work. I called that morning and they came out later that day and discussed in detail my options and got the truck out of the garage for us. Both doors are functioning better and quieter than they every have since buying our home. They are very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door need.
