They confirmed their suspicions when they arrived, my door had been sticking to the seal after some lubricant got on the seal. We got it cleaned off and it stopped sticking but had a bit of a gap at the top, so they tuned up the door and got it sealed and working better than it did when I bought the house. While they were there we started talking about a replacement (since I had anticipated the need due to the bending) they talked about options and had a replacement seal ready to go. But they actually talked me out of the need for a door or seal for the time being since they're still working. If and when I ever need something with the garage door, I'm calling them. They were probably there working/talking for an hour and didn't charge me anything. They were very nice, they know their stuff and they're not shy about sharing knowledge.

From our first phone call to Beau to the installation of our new garage door our experience with Top Notch was excellent. Beau came to our home within an hour of our first phone contact and quickly gave us a quote not only for a new garage door to replace a damaged door, but also service and replacement parts for two other garage doors. The cost of these services were reasonable. We received written quotes by email within minutes after he left our home and all, invoices from him, thereafter, were sent to us promptly. Beau's communication with us was superior from the beginning until the completion of installation of our new door. It was apparent, from our first meeting with Beau, that he had years of experience and confidence along with a friendly and courteous demeanor, which left NO guessing for us on the products and service that we would and did receive from Top Notch Garage Doors.
