Said he'd drop brochures off on his route but never did. Called/E-mailed for the product brochures. Replied, "Stop by our shop & pick them up yourself!" Called office & submitted verbal complaint on unprofessional service. Apathetical response by owner defending his employee. This company won't survive upcoming RE downturn & ultimate crash. Tout an expensive marketing campaign w/advertisement blitz; goofy name, vehicle logos & bill-boards, but don't deliver. NOT a local company as they promote. Think HQ'ed in Gunnison? We got it cleaned off and it stopped sticking but had a bit of a gap at the top, so they tuned up the door and got it sealed and working better than it did when I bought the house. While they were there we started talking about a replacement (since I had anticipated the need due to the bending) they talked about options and had a replacement seal ready to go. But they actually talked me out of the need for a door or seal for the time being since they're still working. If and when I ever need something with the garage door, I'm calling them. They were probably there working/talking for an hour and didn't charge me anything. They were very nice, they know their stuff and they're not shy about sharing knowledge.
