I contacted Chamberlain first and learned that our belts and pulleys were still under warranty so they would send out replacements but my husband was reluctant to attempt the repair. Set up a service appointment and they were not only able to come out quickly - they also did not charge a trip fee - a true rarity from living in a rural place where everyone charges one. Repairs were made and doors adjusted and made to operate quietly like new. They're now supposed to return to do some work on our barn garage doors and I expect the same level of professionalism and excellent service. Long story short is that if you are on the Western Slope, and especially if you're in Paonia or Hotchkiss, do yourself a favor and call Delta Doors and Moore...you won't regret it!

Gave written estimate - pressure to make a selection on spot but DID NOT have any supporting brochures to help assist homeowner to differentiate between the #3 garage door choices given. Said he'd drop brochures off on his route but never did. Called/E-mailed for the product brochures. Replied, "Stop by our shop & pick them up yourself!" Called office & submitted verbal complaint on unprofessional service. Apathetical response by owner defending his employee. This company won't survive upcoming RE downturn & ultimate crash. Tout an expensive marketing campaign w/advertisement blitz; goofy name, vehicle logos & bill-boards, but don't deliver. NOT a local company as they promote. Think HQ'ed in Gunnison? Stay there & leave the Grand Valley. DO NOT bother calling. Call a true local Co. & select one of them. I hired this company Uphill Design LLC/West Elk Door for a full exterior renovation (windows,…read moresiding, and garage door). Location was in Cedaredge, Colorado over the summer and fall of 2025. I bought Alside, Asend siding and Wincore windows from them. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare. The owner, Trevor Cockrum, frequently missed scheduled work days and stopped returning calls for weeks at a time once he had my deposit. He agreed to do work then never did it on multiple tasks. He ran over time on the contract agreement. Installed the wrong garage door. He cut corners and took advantage of me at every opportunity. Because he rarely showed up, and left his employees to their own devices. The final quality of the product is far below average--specifically with the messy trim and caulking and new broken siding. Yes, he broke the new siding, putting it on and I had to ask him to fix it. They made a mess in my home when cutting dry wall, I had dry wall dust all through the house, nails all over the yard and driveway - I got a flat tire. It was a massive struggle to get the project even close to completion. Trevor has not returned my call to finish the project, give me the warranty information, or replace a few bad window screens, and other promises to finish poorly done trim, or caulk the remaining holes (from poor caulking) on the inside of the house. The new windows came with scratches and I paid full or over retail price for them. He put products on the house I did not agree to or want. I regret hiring them and strongly advise looking elsewhere, you can't trust this company or the owner Trevor.
