I had an old cast iron pipe in my 113 year old house that had sprung a leak. Mark came over, went over the whole house, upstair, downstairs, and in the basement, just checking everything out as long as he was there, and didn't charge a service fee. He said replacing the old pipe was the best bet, nothing else was causing any issues. He got the parts and was back the next day to work on it till it was fixed. I highly recommend him!

I had to hire another plumber to correct the installation mistakes which Mark made installing my combined boiler and heater, it costed me additional 3,000$ to close the huge hole that Mark dug underneath my basement, he never mentioned to me that closing this property will require additional special resources. Finally Mark could not provide a very simple and cost effective solution to the problem I had with heating the bathroom, he offered an approach that would be very complex time consuming and very expensive while my new plumber resolved the issue with a very simple solution. But no. That is yet another call fee with another equipment fee. The first time out, he ran the auger down only to "hit something" then pack up his things to leave. I told him we had to get it fixed which is when he informed me that would result in another call fee and another equipment fee. Awesome. So we did that and only to get a bad measurement of where the clog was supposed to be. We dug where he told us the clog was for 2 days only to find no problem. Kinda of glad we didn't hire them to do the 1800$ work so they'd have to tell us that they'd need to dig elsewhere because there wants any thing there. Preeeettty sure that's exactly what would have happened. Never once where they out here 30 minutes either time, let alone the hour we we're charged each time. Don't even think both calls totaled an hour. Do yourself a favor, go with anyone else!
