First of all, they took advantage of an elderly person and should be ashamed of themselves. 4.2.18 - Grandmother called for a quote to empty septic tank and have inspected. She was quoted by Ken that it would be no more than 600.00 for job. 4.3.18 - Crew came out to do job in the morning to dig hole. Company showed up later to drain septic tank and inspect which took no more than 25 minutes. Then my grandmother is handed a bill for 1200.00 by Ken and was absolutely shocked as she was quoted 600.00 over the phone. She said "you told me no more than 600" he said the 600 was just for digging the hole and did not include emptying the septic ( Ken failed to mention this over the phone - SHAME ON YOU for your lack of integrity and misleading sales tactics!!) 4.4.18 - They came back to "fill the hole" and ruined the yard, dug up the grass, and left a dirt mound. We tried to call and get resolution and Kens response "hire a landscaper" this is the worst experience we have ever had and plan on contacting the better business bureau. Prior septic companies we have worked with were always professional, cut our grass in a square and carefully put grass back and were half the cost. The end of the story? Ken hung up on me when I asked if they could fix my yard. The worst company ever. Do not hire them!!

As the plumber know of a potential lethal condition on our boiler and neglected to tell. Our boiler room was not vented correctly, that too went in mentioned. After the work was done the thermal couple was broke and the circulation pump was leaking. Again I would find someone else to do you next job.
