I had an old cast iron pipe in my 113 year old house that had sprung a leak. Mark came over, went over the whole house, upstair, downstairs, and in the basement, just checking everything out as long as he was there, and didn't charge a service fee. He said replacing the old pipe was the best bet, nothing else was causing any issues. He got the parts and was back the next day to work on it till it was fixed. I highly recommend him!

I had to hire another plumber to correct the installation mistakes which Mark made installing my combined boiler and heater, it costed me additional 3,000$ to close the huge hole that Mark dug underneath my basement, he never mentioned to me that closing this property will require additional special resources. Finally Mark could not provide a very simple and cost effective solution to the problem I had with heating the bathroom, he offered an approach that would be very complex time consuming and very expensive while my new plumber resolved the issue with a very simple solution.
