After reapairman left, the system leaked water worse than before he took it apart. We were told that we could not buy just the heat exchanger, that we would have to replace the entire system which is only 9 years old. Repairman was supposed to get us some estimates for doing this. My husband found the exact heat exchanger online. It's now two months later and we still do not have a resolution or fix. No call back with an estimate for repairing or replacing the system. Waste of $420, and terrible customer service. Brenda N

The plumbing company called about a week in advance to schedule the appointment. Typically, I…read morereceive a text reminder before their visits, so I expected one to come through within the following few days. Unfortunately, with everything I manage across multiple rentals, the appointment slipped my mind. I was later informed that an $85 no-show fee had been charged because no one was available on our side. I asked whether they could waive it, especially since no reminder was sent, but they were firm and even played the original scheduling call to confirm the appointment. Moving forward, I recommend finding another plumber who either does not charge no-show fees or provides proper appointment reminders. I understand I missed the appointment, but I also believe a reminder would have prevented the situation.

They also replaced some of my vinyl siding and metal trim, it was very hard to find someone who was proficient and willing to do so but Aaron pulled through. He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time.
