David (the owner and manager) was there for me instantly. (Although the previous owner of this business had a poor recommendation, David proved to be a five star choice!) Not only did he check out my home immediately, but he also began the drying out and restoration process as well. The flood occurred 3 weeks before my summer visit. He welcomed the challenge to remove everything that could lead to mold, dry the premises, work with my insurance company intensely (detailed documentation included), have a new floor installed and have it ready for me to move in before I arrived!
