That's when I knew this would be a good experience, and I wasn't wrong. He arrived on time and went right to work. Jacob is a well-mannered professional who charges reasonable rates and is easily willing to go above and beyond to get the job done and satisfy his customers. Jacob saved us when our entire main sewer line backed up over the holidays with the kitchens and…read morebathrooms backing up. Since then, he has worked on other projects, and we have always had experienced consistent, reliable service, making them my go-to source for any plumbing issues. Jacob is very responsive and, on our calls, he is timely, professional, and straightforward. Many times he has patiently answered all of our questions. Replacing the main sewer line was a big project, and again Jacob did an excellent job. Since then we Jacob has fixed other issues, and upgrades. We have had our toilets replaced, laundry hookups installed, a water filtration the system hooked up with more improvements planned for the future. Jacob really goes out of his way to be helpful. Just today I found that my sprinkler system pipes had burst- this was no emergency and not a real plumbing issue, but Jacob showed up after finishing a job in town, and came to take a look anyways. Jacob is a plumber, so he does not do sprinkler systems, but again he showed up to take a look, and help explain what the problems might be. He was helpful in suggesting a specialist in town that he recommends. He pointed out where some of the problems areas are, and what I should look for. This was a big help as we needed to give an idea to our insurance of the extent and nature of the winter damage. This was very helpful. I'd expect most plumbers just to tell me "I don't do sprinklers" and hang up. Jacob though came right over after I called, and as always was very reliable, professional, and responsive. We very much recommend Pipe Dreams Of The Southwest for plumbing issues. Very positive experiences is working with someone who is experienced and trustworthy.

David (the owner and manager) was there for me instantly. (Although the previous owner of this business had a poor recommendation, David proved to be a five star choice!) Not only did he check out my home immediately, but he also began the drying out and restoration process as well. The flood occurred 3 weeks before my summer visit. He welcomed the challenge to remove everything that could lead to mold, dry the premises, work with my insurance company intensely (detailed documentation included), have a new floor installed and have it ready for me to move in before I arrived! His subcontractors are the best (including the Cleaning lady who worked until midnight). He coordinated everything perfectly. David always answered the phone or returned my call (or text) immediately (including after hours emergencies). His estimates were exact (unless otherwise stated regarding contingencies) and there were no games financially. He's a great guy as well. I recommend David and CARE without reservation!"
