Very nice showroom! Vast variety of quality tiles at reasonable prices. Yari was the person who helped me. She was 110% professional , courteous and friendly. They also accept credit cards without charging you 3% extra (unlike other unethical tiles stores). Will definitely come back . Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place to everyone read more

Stay away from this company! Bad from start to finish. Didn't show up 3 times when scheduled, inferior granite and piss poor installation...While on the phone with Tatiana, the alleged owner setting up another appointment, a crew showed up to attempt to repair irregularities from the initial installation...she had no idea they were coming and neither did I...it's been almost two months now and we're still looking at a unfinished job.... May have to do with the undocumented workers they use .... read more

Do not use this company! Customer Service is terrible. I do love my countertops, but had issues from the start. First they were a no show and didn't have the courtesy to inform me that they couldn't make the scheduled time. Upon install, the backsplash was ordered wrong (too short). They were the ones who measured and ordered. I will say that they did go get the right size and install on the same day. We had a saw scratch on the top of the counter that I pointed out to them. They tried to fix it with what they had with them and it didn't work. We found another area they tried to fix and didn't tell us about. I went to the store to schedule someone to come out to look at it. The owner said there was nothing wrong. I had pictures to show there was. After a month of trying to get someone to come out, they finally agreed to send someone out to fix it. Again they were another NO SHOW!! Again no call letting me know they were not coming. I even tried sending a text to the office before they closed and was ignored. Save yourself a headache and choose a different company. read more

I had a very good experience with this company, they were referred to me by a few of my friends. They showed up on time for everything, and I really liked working with the girls in the show room. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they did their best to fix things. The one thing I do recommend is make sure that you pick out your own granite. I was being impatient and didn't do that and the first piece They brought looked nothing at all like the piece in the showroom and there's nothing I could do about it. It was my fault, but I just want other people to learn from my mistakes. I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

Gorgeous job!! Yani is so sweet, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them for any projects like this in the future.

We tried using a big box home improvement store for the countertops in our kitchen renovation. After months of waiting we decided to try Professional Flooring - they were excellent!! They had a great selection and were able to fabricate and install our new countertops in less than 2 weeks. The installation was smooth and the installers did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!! Almost forgot, the price was so much less than the big box store. read more

With the high prices and markup these guys should treat their contractors better, like not paying late or nickel and diming. Get everything in writing and do not make any word of mouth agreements. I don't think you should trust the owner as he only takes responsibility when caught. And especially don't give him business ideas or contacts he can steal. FYI, the quotes you get for cabinetry have enormous markup since owner gets it from the manufacturer distribution. It's a bilateral monopoly. If you're getting charged $600 for cabinets, they're paying like $150-200 and pennies to the contractor. The owner will typically hire anyone with a pulse MLM-style by over promising and loading them with extra work. The good contractors have to compensate for the inefficient ones. Extremely poor time management, e.g having to run to another job site because someone messed up the work and there's only so many competent people. That's why there's a disparity in reviews. Don't be surprised when you realized you've been swindled months later by due to poor workmanship. The damage to your home will not be worth it, I assure you read more

We didn't feel great about the reviews, but honestly went in giving the benefit of the doubt. The customer service was horrendous. Not how you would expect if you were about to pay someone thousands. We ordered two countertop samples and were told they would be in the next day. They said call to confirm they got them before coming. We called and they mentioned one was in. We went there after work to pick it up and got handed the sample only to be told that they weren't even sure which one of the two it was. It was mentioned that we picked two that look similar anyway with a shrug. When I eventually asked when the rest would be in, they offered us to go get them ourselves from the warehouse. We also wanted them to stop by and see our subfloor... we were told it would be $50 (applied to service if used) for them to look. We say no problem understanding their time is valuable... only for them not to show. I understand things happen, but again, the communication was so far off. When signing the paperwork, I expressed I was staying home from work to meet with them. If service was this way before even getting a dime... we couldn't imagine how it would be once they had our money. We stopped working with them completely. read more

Professional Flooring remodeled my shower and did a terrible job. As you can see from the pictures below the cuts made around the drain doesn't look professional at all & we were left w/ holes. Water has leaked through the caulk causing mold. Once the tiles were removed, we noticed that 'drywall' was used behind the tiles instead of 'cement board'. The drain was also installed crooked. This is costing me a pretty penny to have everything fixed and to avoid this issue in the future. Customer service is not their best suit, they are good at making the sale but never answer the phone to address issues. I wish I could give 0 stars but since that is not an option, I had to give them 1 star. Save yourself the headache and the money and don't hire these guys to remodel your bathroom. read more

About the only thing decent with this outfit was the price. 1st attempt at granite countertop installation was a flop. Slabs were misaligned and installer ground the seam down leaving a dull finish on the granite. It took 4 weeks for them to come repair it only after repeated calls. For another issue they set up 4 different appointments with us and never showed. Only after a call telling them we were going to come to the store and make a scene did they finally show up. Stay away from this place. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We used them to put in flooring in our school in Apopka. They did a very poor job installing by not putting the floor fully up against the walls so over time they have slipped apart and been peeled / ripped up through use. If they were installed correctly and held in place there likely would have been no issue. Not only that, but this all happened under the warranty period and they refuse to come out and even look at the poor job that they have done to potentially replace the product. A truly APPALLING display of customer service. I would encourage everyone to avoid using these services regardless of the price. read more

This is the second time we used Professional Flooring. Unfortunately, the second job was horrible. First, we requested a single piece of granite, only to have it delivered but was not the correct measurement. They then refused to recut the single piece of stone and said that they must do a seam. When the second try was installed, it still didn't fit correctly and had to be forced into place but created a larger seam than was appropriate. The installers argued with the way the sink should be installed but eventually complied. But wait, there's more. The seam was filled but was sloppy and the excess was left to dry in place. When I called to have this corrected and polished away, they took my info but never set up a time to correct the issue. When I called them back, they asked for more info but still never set up a time to correct the issue. Yes, the price was good, but look at the actual cost. I now have to find someone else to really complete the job because of very poor customer service. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother went in to purchase countertops and cabinets from this business, they charged her a $1500 deposit (ridiculous) when no material had been chosen or even ordered, but this " is their policy to even write up a contract" (dumbest thing I've heard). The sales associate told my mother that her deposit would be returned in full as no material had been chosen or ordered. The owner (Leo Perez) came out to take measurements, should up 2 DAYS late from the scheduled day, should you arguing on the phone in front of my mother (no professional whatsoever), was there for 20 mins and left and never got back to her on an actual quote though my mother followed up continuously for weeks. My mother chose to not proceed with using their services (obviously) and the owner and his wife notified my mother that they would be keeping $500 from her deposit due to them "coming out to take measurements", "writing up the contract" and a "restocking fee" (again material was never chosen so not sure how that makes sense). Of course I wasn't going to let this fly, went in to the store to speak with the owner and simply come to an understanding and middle ground, he was nothing but rude and disrespectful (can't negotiate with people with no class). BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE.... The deposit was supposed to be $1500 and they charged my mothers card for $1700 (don't believe that's legal). So now long story short, we're going after them legally as they essentially told us to piss off today and walked away from us in front of other customers in the middle of their store. Hope this along with the hundreds of other terrible reviews is clear enough to do yourself a favor and STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE LOWLIFES. read more

How are these people still in business. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow through. Terrible at completing the job. And they don't do a good job when they do complete it. Not sure why everyone are so mad and angry on here and leaving negative reviews. This is the 3rd time I have done business with Professional Flooring and I am extremely happy. The best prices in town. The best staff including Andrea, Yami, Tatiana and dew others that I don't know the names. I have been greeted by my name every time I walked in. I have done tile floors for my entire house last year. I am using them to do the tile and cabinet work for my business and they just finished building the bar section at my house. They came And installed the cabinets following with the counter top and just finished backsplash. Pictures are worth 1000 words. Thanks everyone at professional flooring. We recently had Professional Flooring measure and replace our counter tops in our kitchen. The granite stone is beautiful and the team did an excellent job. I subcontracted from this company. Just don't get the job done from them, or even work with them. They overprice people and certainly don't pay contractors good. I did like 3-4 jobs from them. Not worth it. They never answer that phone. They just get interest in you when you need to pay. read more

Big warning! Please stay away from this company unless you want the biggest headache and frustration of your life! Customer service is nonexistent and you can't even leave a message when calling. Don't ever use these people. Unprofessional. Couldn't find my granite. Mis-scheduled appts., And if you dont speak spanish- good luck.

I was met with violent, irrational disagreement, by the OWNER when I presented photos of a discrepancy with the counter top I had them install. I recommend NOT doing business with someone that would rather come completely unglued than to own up to an, otherwise, small, fixable mistake. read more

Be aware of this company and their schemes. My husband and I are having our kitchen remodeled and went here to look at counter top slabs. After speaking with the sales rep, Mary, we liked a few slabs but wanted to continue shopping. Mary stated that it would take 2 weeks to get measurements and an additional 3 weeks after for installation. BUT we would need to put down a $500 deposit to hold our spot. There was nothing that stated our $500 would not be returned. After finding the counter tops at a different location, we called the company and asked for the refund, since no work, measurements, orders on slabs, fabricating had been completed. 5 phone calls and 2 visits to the location later, I finally get in contact with Mary. She tells me she cannot provide a refund for the deposit. She also states that it is in the contract we signed. I review the contract I had signed under the section Refund: All purchases are final AFTER ORDER FOR MATERIAL HAS BEEN MADE. The best part about this, is, I didn't officially order. Because I had been choosing between 4 different slabs at their facility. So I am battling for a refund on an order that was not made, based on company policy that is not correct. read more

This is the worst group of people I have ever met! Not only do they not show up on time , 2 days late, they took an extra day to finish! They don't communicate with you to let you know what is going on. The granite was cut wrong and they had to fill it in with a big piece of goop. They have too much business to care about people. They just want your money and that is it. They don't care about quality or workmanship. I asked for a discount because they took so long to finish, but they laughed at me. Exceptional service, cabinet, tile and granite. Last year, I was updating my parents house for resale and a contractor friend recommended Professional Flooring. I had shopped around at various places around town so I was skeptical. I was so happy that I visited because I found Professional Flooring had solid, high-quality cabinets with extra features, great tiles and beautiful granite at a very economical price. They provided the best price around town. Moreover, I appreciated the owner (Mrs.) who asked very knowledgeable questions and provided suggestions as she understand what we planned to do. I used Professional Flooring again at another place and I plan to engage their services again. My parents house never looked better and I am very happy because the house sold in less than a month. Good price. Excellent workmanship. Quartz installation.

Stay away from buying granite from them!! They gave us granite that was installed with nicks and looked like it had been out in the elements for years without being properly sealed! The granite quality installed is not that of the one you choose at their location! I wished I would have done my research even further! Even the plumber that installed our garbage disposal noticed the bad granite!! After calling multiple times for over a month and a half after our install and showing up multiple times in person, the owner Leo finally came out to our home. He basically said that the nicks (which looked like blades took a whack at it) were "naturally" created and that the worn out look was how it's supposed to look (in that one spot only) and that he only sells top quality granite. He proceeded to say that he was the number one distributor of granite in central Florida! Yes, he said that! He also mentioned he would send someone to reseal our granite and well, 5 months later I'm still waiting! My dream kitchen turned into a nightmare! Our Fantasy Brown Granite was nooooo fantasy!!
