Complete failure on James part. He worked no more than 4 hours a day for almost for 5 days over a 2 1/2 week period. When he left on Friday he asked if we had a place to keep his tools ( and garbage) with the intent he would be here on Monday. Wrong. Today is Tuesday and he called the cops on us about his tools. Showed up with a smug look . He can tell you what you want to hear and then not perform. A huge 10000 mistake I ever made.
