We live near Lake Kegonsa and had years of built up webs full of bugs. We tried power washing ourselves (very frustrating), leaf blower, big outdoor Swiffer thing, and even tried giving it the evil eye......nothing made this annually growing web of dead bugs budge! Enter Jordan & David with their magic wands & potions, and poof it was gone with their soft washing tools & techniques! The only bad part is being on stupid conference calls all day and not being able to watch the magic happen. BUT, walking out to see the results was so gratifying! To know our guests wouldn't be met at front door with a faceful of this gunk all thanks to Four Seasons Services!!! The best around! Check out my before and after pics.....

I used the contact us page on their website, I got a response the next day from Cory simply asking me what kind of siding I have, and if I had any extra pieces. No quote, no scheduled time to come out and look at any of the issues around the home. I responded to Cory that day letting him know about the siding and asked when they would get an estimate to me or schedule a visit. No response. I emailed Cory again saying I was still waiting a response and asked if Doug's Handyman Service was still interested in the jobs? No response. So I called their main number and left a voicemail, no response. I even filled out another inquiry on their site and got no response. I'm not sure why they ghosted me when I have many small jobs that I want to pay someone to fix. Either they are too busy or they don't want to jobs. Which is fine, but at least respond to the customers.

Before I begin my review, spoiler alert, they are fantastic…read more We spent months looking into remodeling our kitchen which was long overdue. Mostly we either had to get quotes via Zoom, I'm not sure how you can assess a big project via a Zoom meeting, or it took weeks for someone to even contact us. DreamMaker was on a different level from everyone else we met with. We met with Michal, Kelly, and Sara at their store, and they had everything prepared for us. They had an entire presentation with timelines, cost estimates, and samples. It made the whole design process fun. When we settled on the final design we were given a complete schedule with access to daily progress reports, with photos. They handled all of the contractor scheduling and kept us in the loop with any problems along the way. During the remodel we were living at my parents so the daily progress reviews with photo's was key. They stayed on schedule, and we were back in our house when they said we would be. The work was spectacular, and I can't recommend them enough. Just take a look at our before and after pictures. We spent two months shopping around to find someone for our remodel, and we should have just gone to Dream Maker from the start and saved a bunch of time. We are having them come back to do our bathroom next.

He was also very messy and left me with an HVAC issue that I had to resolve on my own. The cabinet doors were uneven and even though the owner came to measure TWICE, the measurements were still wrong. In the end it was clear to the owner and me that the ONLY solution would be to demo what had been done and start over. About 20% of the project cost was markup and the owner billed me twice for lighting since the electrician could not install the first set of lights ordered. This is my THIRD kitchen remodel and I would rate this company below third place! Sorry for the poor review but, sadly, it's all true and I can prove it!

When the two painters came, they started putting the undercoat on. I called Michael right away and asked what they were doing because (as per contract) they were supposed to be sanding. He said, " it would be fine". As you can see from the pictures, it is not. It chipped immediately. When asked, Michael said I must be running carts into it. I have no idea what that means, and that my dogs must be scratching at them. I do not have dogs. Either way, the paint job that "will last a lifetime" (his words) lasted 2 days. There was wallpaper to be taken off. There are spots where that was left completely. when I mentioned it to Michael on his walk-through, he said, " I never would have noticed that." as if I should not have even bothered him with it. The painters didn't bring in drop cloths, one saying, " they're in the back of the truck. I don't want to dig them out." consequently he dripped paint on my tile, on my floors, on my carpet, on the woodwork. Michael's comments, " that happens." The wall in the kitchen didn't look great on the final walk-through. I asked Michael about it. He said it would look fine when it dried. It did not. when it started peeling I noticed it was only one coat of paint. Yes, Michael said that he would have his men come back, but why would I want them back in my home? They had already damaged my property. One was constantly trying to run game on me. the second pointed out things of mine that weren't up to his standard. The second day he walked in the front door without knocking or letting me know he was here. Started walking around my home. Both of them talked s when they thought I wasn't around.
