The individual who came to our home for measurements was efficient and respectful. All in all, my advice would be to stay active in your communication with them and when its installation day, be present to watch the magic that comes from the installers. Workers: They were quick to arrive, steady and careful with the installation. The two who arrived came with a plan and it was executed to the T. Amazing installation and we are happy with this company. Hopefully, they can replicate this behavior with other potential clients.

They did an amazing job on the shower! It turned out beautifully. I am happy to share photos. I immediately had another opportunity come up with placing stackstone on the fireplace front and Byco sent someone out within a week to handle that job. It also turned out well. Andres was awesome to work with - very knowledgeable and accessible. They did a great job, cleaned everything perfectly, contacted me after the work was done to make sure it was satisfactory, and really took an interest in making sure the work was done timely and correctly. I would highly recommend working with Andres and Byco!

No nonsense. The thorough and relevant communication let me know exactly what to expect and helped finalize the decision. Matt, Oscar, and Olivia did a great job! They were prompt, courteous, and attentive. It was so fun to see Olivia getting excited with me as the project was finishing up! Overall very pleased! This was expensive but good value. Compared to what I was quoted by flooring companies to cover the basement with LVP, I spent about 30% more and got the basement AND garage done. This included removing the old basement carpet glue (really wanted that GONE not covered!), grinding and repair of severely damaged concrete, the garage stair, the verticals, and all completely waterproof. The crumbling concrete on the garage verticals is so beautiful now! My 50 yo garage concrete looks showroom pretty now. Problems below. 1. Multiple emails attempting to get Hucke Drywall to come out with very little response or no response at all. 2. Gave Hucke drywall my availability on the day of the site visit. Never gave me an ETA on when he was going to arrive. Ended up delaying the visit because I took 30 min to respond to a text. 3. Tried to increase his price because I "never" told him it would be rounded corners or knockdown texture even though that was included in the original bid. 4. NOT friendly. 5. We did the framing ourselves because we are not made of money and tried to make our dollar go further. He kept critisizing the work. Excuse me, we may not be professionals, but there is a nice way and a mean way to say things need to happen prior to the next step. Obviously, they didn't want the job. He kept asking, Well, why aren't you doing this wall yet, why aren't you finishing this door... I told him multiple times this is a large basement and we are doing things in phases. We are NOT using Hucke and I would only recommend using Hucke if you absolutely need to. Clearly our project was too "small" for him.
