The owner or staff member Kim was a wonderful host offering water, and complimentary wine. The class I attended was partial hands on, which was perfect. Although I did notice some of their classes are demonstration only. We tried 3 different savory pies, a desert pie, and even got to take home a fruit pie we made ourselves.
