The cost also seems fair We've dropped off covers from a sofa and its cushions, after waiting too many years, and the cream-colored covers were noticeably better. Suits, jackets, and a comforter have all been cleaned and pressed professionally and to our satisfaction. The turnaround is reasonable and they offer same-day service on some items. After moving out of my area and returning to Oviedo, I started bringing my clothes to them again. However the quality of their service is terrible now. First they shrunk one of my wool sweaters, which I had just bought online. They offered me a free dry cleaning, which I accepted. However, all dry cleaned clothes were returned to me with a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell. The smell does not go away even after hanging the clothes for weeks outside. I brought back two sweaters that had been hung for a month and they repeated the dry cleaning for free. The two sweaters smelled even worse when I picked them up. Although their customer service is very good, the clothes they dry clean cannot be worn because of the strong chemical stench they add to them. I do not recommend this dry cleaning establishment.

But i had terrible experience and I'm still trying to get everything fixed before the wedding next weekend. I dropped the dress off on 9/30. I initially said needed by 10/28 but I called back the same day and changed it to 10/24 because my mother in law was going to drive and take stuff up for us. I called on 10/22 to inquire about the status and they had to call me back like it wasn't able to be found. They called back and it had not been started yet. I said I had called back the same day it dropped it off and needed it in 2 days. Continued to argue that the ticket said 10/28. So Friday by 5pm was agreed upon. I arrive at 530 and it is still worked on. It was finished after 20 mins and tried on and the slit was not high enough so agreed to come back by 2pm the next day. I came back and the slit was perfect but I did notice the back shoulders the dress was sticking out. She was able to fix it on the spot while wearing it. But now I have another dilemma. There are several stains on the dress and now I'm having to get it dry cleaned. I'm already in a rush here. These stains were NOT there when I dropped it off. They are all over the dress. The look greasy and/or oily. You can clearly see the X where it was marked by the tailor. So now I am scrambling to get this done. I paid $187 and this is what I got. I ended up having to buy another dress overnight on Amazon and wore that. They waited to the last second to do this and it was too late and then dirty. Unacceptable. This not worth the money by a long shot. Go elsewhere. Update: they did not refund me anything or even offer to clean the dress.
