Then one day, I got a mailer from American Dry Cleaners about their delivery service, and it honestly felt like perfect timing. Signing up was super easy. Three days later, they picked up six loads of laundry from my house, and when they brought everything back, it was in amazing condition. Now, I don't even think about laundry anymore. I just leave it outside on my designated day, and they handle everything. It's been such a relief for my hectic schedule, and I finally have one less thing to worry about. The next time I brought a load of shirts in the lady in the front says she will speak to her manager and he will call me. The manager never calls. I go to pick up the clothes I dropped the previous week and the shirt is not fixed. She tells me the manager said since February was the last time that it was cleaned they cannot be responsible for it. I explain It's a polo that he rarely wears and until recently it has been in the cleaning bag. The manager can see in his system that I bring clothes there monthly but that apparently does not matter. I'm am the most upset they did not even try to fix it. I'm not going back. There are too many other cleaning companies in town to deal with bad service.
