First they shrunk one of my wool sweaters, which I had just bought online. They offered me a free dry cleaning, which I accepted. However, all dry cleaned clothes were returned to me with a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell. The smell does not go away even after hanging the clothes for weeks outside. I brought back two sweaters that had been hung for a month and they repeated the dry cleaning for free. The two sweaters smelled even worse when I picked them up. Although their customer service is very good, the clothes they dry clean cannot be worn because of the strong chemical stench they add to them. I do not recommend this dry cleaning establishment.

On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it. Every detail was thought of. We were incredibly impressed. Their work is actual magic! One appointment for measurements and one appointment to try it on and it was an absolute perfect fit.
