A bit pricey but the quality was worth it, had some pants tailored and they came out great!

    Her price not including labor

Took a bridesmaid dress in to add some jewels to it last week. The owner acted like she had no idea how to do something like it. She had me try the dress on then starts pinning to make alterations when I didn't really ask for any. Then She looks in the store and finds a piece of jewel strand. I told her I liked it and I showed her where I wanted it sewn on the dress. She told me she would need 3 yards total because she didn't have enough and it would be $90 for just the jewels not including labor. I looked the same exact jewels up on Amazon for $40. She kept stressing the fact that this had to be hand sewn. I understood and agreed that I would pay. I told her I'd order it and bring it back this week. I went there today and she said she has to take a deposit, which I was fine with. She charges me tax on the deposit, so I ask her if I will have to pay tax again after the final fix and she says yes. It was one job so I didn't understand why I'd be paying tax twice. Anyhow I said forget the alterations, just sew the jewels on. She said she doesn't want to do the job without giving me a price. I said ok that's not an issue. She says I'm too busy now so I'll call you next week with a price. Mind you, she has had the dress the whole time and knew how many yards she needed to sew on since the first day when she took measurements. I said Nevermind, took my dress and jewels and went to my nearest cleaners - Broadway cleaners. Where they charged me $40 to add the jewels. Marcela is overpriced and for an experienced seamstress, I had to give her ideas on how to make the dress pretty. I'm so glad It didn't work out because I was afraid of the price she was going to charge when I only paid $70 for the dress.

Friendly and fast service. Very professional. She does more than just tailoring clothes, like embroidery and restyling old clothes.

On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it. Every detail was thought of. We were incredibly impressed. Their work is actual magic! One appointment for measurements and one appointment to try it on and it was an absolute perfect fit. I will absolutely be coming back for any clothing that I need altered in the future.

I want to preface this by saying I had a great experience the first time I came here in December,…read morewith Belle 10/10. My full review this time is specifically related to the older stylist who was not helpful at all in my experience. And honestly was very "salesly" and I only tried on one dress the entire appointment. So here goes... A Masterclass in Doing the Absolute Least... I showed up excited to wedding dress shop. I left wondering if I had accidentally interrupted someone's last shift before retirement. We called ahead to see if we could move our appointment earlier and were told, "Sorry, no availability." Totally fine--except when we walked in and the store was so empty it echoed. Eventually, a consultant appeared and asked what kind of dresses I liked. I described exactly what I was looking for and was promptly informed that they had nothing like that in the store, that they were fresh out of lace mermaid dresses. No offer to check. No alternative suggestions. Just a verbal shrug. Meanwhile, my mom--on a completely unrelated journey to the bathroom--managed to stumble upon MULTIPLE dresses in my size (bridal 4) that fot that description. Apparently the restroom route is more fruitful than asking the consultant whose job this is. The only dress I tried on? One I had already tried on a month ago--pulled by a previous stylist (shoutout to Belle, who was actually amazing and clearly carried the entire store on her back). This time, it was a size 6, and I was told it would require $1,000 in alterations to fit me. I am a bridal 4. The math is... confusing. The consultant then graciously pulled exactly one more dress for me. A size 12. She warned me it would be "swimming" on me, as if I hadn't already tried on several size 12 dresses before with zero issue. It seemed like she didn't want to clip me in a bigger dress. It was giving "I'm done for the day and I would like you to also be done." Overall vibe: I felt less like a bride shopping for her wedding dress and more like an inconvenience standing between someone and clocking out. If you're looking for attentive service, thoughtful styling, or even mild enthusiasm--keep walking. If you want to be told nothing exists while standing in a store full of dresses... congratulations, you've found the place. Would not return. Would not recommend. Would suggest the bathroom tour though--it's where the real inventory lives.

I liked more dresses here than at any other boutique I visited. Me and my 2 friends felt welcome from the moment we got there. They were expecting us and ready for my appointment. We were offered mimosas and some sweet treats (drinks were covered due to Covid and felt safe). The prices here are hard to find- nothing is over $1500. (I really don't believe in spending $2000-$3000 on a dress you will wear for a few hours). My wedding is in less than 6 months which meant I had to get something "off the rack" and nothing on there was over $799! Teresa led me to the racks with my size and told me just to choose whatever I liked and she would bring it over for me. No lie, I immediately saw 10-12 dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. Because they were all so nice, I ended up with about 5 favorites. Teresa was patient with me while I tried on every single one at least twice. She also gave her honest opinion and helped me decide what dresses to eliminate based on alterations since I am on a time crunch. The moral of this story is 5 stores and about 50 dresses later, I said YES to the dress!!! Before going to this store, I was skeptical about ever finding "the dress." I live in Miami and drove to Orlando in search of something else and I found it. I'm very happy with my experience and my purchase. I would recommend this store to anyone on a budget (or not). The owner was also very nice and made sure I was happy before we left.

They kindly allowed one of my guests (MOH) to bring her 1 year old+4 year old. Parking lot is spacious-- I didn't have any issues finding a spot when I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. But it was surprisingly full once I got out of my car closer to my appointment time. We were greeted by Mary, who also turned out to be my stylist for the day. We briefly sat down, answered a few questions, then Mary Godmother started working her magic. Mary was respectful and mindful of my budget, knew what and when to ask me in private (behind the fitting room curtains aka before hearing my hype crew's opinions), has the best personality, and clearly knowledgeable in what she does. I had no EXACT style in mind, but I did have a general idea and some inspos. By the 5th dress I tried on-- I was in shock by how much I immediately loved it. Tried a 6th one then back to the 1st one I really liked, but those felt meh after the 5th dress. Mary asked the right questions with each dress I tried on, actually listened, and ultimately guided me to the perfect dress that left me speechless first then giddy right after. THE dress felt sooo ME and absolutely made me feel like a BRIDE. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Mary! This just happened 5 days ago, so I'll have to post an update on how the rest of my experience goes moving forward and when I get the dress. So far, I am over the moon. FYIs: -When you click "Book an Appointment" on their website, it says "Our wedding gown price point is $1,500-$9,000", but in the store I was told prices start at $1,800. -I had to sign a contract that "All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions." before giving a payment for the dress. I'm not sure if the ~immediate~ 'final sale' is a standard as this is the only bridal shop I have been to, but I did not expect that to be the case on a non-discounted gown.

At the start of the appointment, we were given a brief tour of the store and then expected to pull most of the dresses ourselves. I had done my research ahead of time and even saved specific dresses on Pinterest that I wanted to try. When I showed these to my stylist, I was told they did carry those dresses, but I was still expected to search for them on the floor with my family rather than having assistance pulling options, which felt surprising and frustrating for a bridal appointment. Throughout the appointment, I also didn't feel very comfortable asking for help when it came to adjusting the dress for photos on the pedestal, so my family ended up stepping in to assist instead as most of the time the stylist stood off to the side seeming disinterested and offered no assistance. As the appointment went on, I was able to find a few dresses I liked but wasn't feeling like I had found "the one." I asked my stylist, Heather, for guidance on what else I might try based on the styles I seemed to be leaning toward, but was told there wasn't really anything else to suggest. This was disappointing given the size of their selection. Later, when my mom pulled a couple additional dresses for me to try, I was told I was running low on time and that if I didn't like those dresses, it might not be worth trying them on. The way this was communicated made me feel uncomfortable and rushed, and I ultimately felt a bit awkward continuing the appointment. By the end, I felt stressed and ready to leave, and although I did try on one final dress and revisit one I liked, the experience overall left me feeling disappointed. While I was excited going into Lilly's Bridal, I ultimately left feeling very underwhelmed by the level of guidance and support during the appointment. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the client experience for future brides.
