I was very disappointed with her cleaning. I found that she had not dusted an oriental bowl sitting in the entrance, and there was trash where a plant had been. Also, I can't find the TV remote in the den. She didn't clean under the beds. Just a terrible experience. I have been cleaning and mopping floors that she presumably did. Started using First Class Cleaners recently since my last dry cleaners had close because Covid (so sad.) So far I love this place and their services. They have a drive-thru so you don't have to get out of your car. Excellent feature for busy moms with hundreds of items in your to do list. You get entered in their computer system and they give you a tag for your dry-clean bag. Dropping off? Hand them the bag and they give you print out ticket. When your clothes are ready, they will send you an email with a notification. Then you just pull up, pay, and Mike hooks your garments on the back door handle. It doesn't get any more convenient than that! Bonus: You will get coupons and deals emailed to you periodically. Just got a bunch of shirts BOGO. read more

This place should be called "second class"cleaners because that is how you feel after leaving this place. I've been to this place twice before and experienced poor customer service each time. On my third and final visit (3 strikes rule for me), the same crotchety guy with short, parted gray hair was working. His usual gruff, short responses are the norm. Their fees are overpriced for the basic dress shirt cleAn and press. If you drop off early in the day, you won't get your clothes back for three to four days-- not much value nor turnaround for the money. I get that people are short staffed because of job changes and staffing shortages during COVID. In this case, this guy is probably causing his co-workers to leave! Get a new career outside of customer service or work in the back on the machines away from customers. read more

What's in a name? In this case absolutely out and out nothing - zip, zero, zilch, nada - nothing but ruined clothing and poor customer service. I took the most expensive item of clothing I currently own, a pure silk evening gown, to First Class Cleaners. It didn't need much - one small spot. When I picked up the dress the spot was gone, but OMG there was a huge pull in the fabric where they zipped it up!! It was essentially ruined. The young woman working at the time nonchalantly said "Well, I'll send it back and see if they can fix it. If not, the 'lab' will assess the value. Either way, you'll still have to pay the $25". What? First off, this dress is several years old, pure silk, size 00 and, yes, priceless to me. Irreplaceable. Secondly, had I had this girl representing MY business she would have immediately apologized (profusely would not have been out of line), she would have offered to call the manager or owner, and if she brought up payment, it would have been to offer to refund the cost of the cleaning! But, I didn't ask to speak to a manager in hopes that they would repair the dress. Ok, fast forward to yesterday's pickup post-repair. The huge snag is, amazingly, happily, gone , but sadly, horribly, the zipper itself is $&@#% ruined. Whoever 'fixed' it sewed the bottom closed and pulled the stitches so tight that the bottom flips out over the rear end! The girl helping me this time is awesome; helpful, apologetic, sincere. Now SHE is sending it back AGAIN to have the zipper fixed. Geeeez, I'm sitting here today thinking 'fool me once'... thus this review. Next a call to the store manager/owner. Bottom line: NEVER EVER patronize First Class Cleaners in Oviedo. They do very, very poor work, take no pride in their store, and seem to care not at all. read more

We have been using First Class Cleaners for several years. In the past month we have sent numerous dress shirts back due to lack of pressing. The shirts look like they came from the wash and were hung without being pressed. Today we sent 2 shirts back for the third time. Whenever we ask to speak to someone the employee does not respond. This is unacceptable. I pay for my husband's shirts to be cleaned and pressed with heavy starch. For me to show obvious wrinkles and have the clerk look confused has me looking for a new dry cleaner. read more
