I was a first-time customer and brought in a dress to be cleaned specifically for an upcoming wedding. The garment was damaged during the cleaning process. I returned to the business multiple times (at least 3 visits). On the third visit I was told that the issue was fixed. The dress still had visible stains!!! Despite what I was saying, the owner (Meenaz) told me that it was fine. When I directly pointed out the stains he then told me he would try again!!! The owner denied that he is the owner, so I asked him to call the owner. After several attempts there was no contact and phone call kept going to voicemail. Nevertheless, the owner referred to himself as Mr. Nadyr. After some time I asked for the owner's phone number. That number has been proven to be unreachable despite multiple attempts. Before leaving the business, I requested monetary compensation for the damaged dress and the repeated inconvenience. Instead, I was offered a store credit, which I declined.The dress was intended for a wedding this upcoming weekend. I am due to leave town tomorrow morning, and now I do not have the dress that I originally planned to wear! This has created significant inconvenience and stress. I have NEVER experienced such disrespect and such poor customer service. He did not apologize for the damages (not until I mentioned it) and he literally walked away from me in the end. read more

I had 2 $22 rugs cleaned. when I dropped off I was told $60 for both to be cleaned . When I went to pick up they charged me $85 could not believe my ears i tolf the guy this is crazy, he did not care one bit . If I didn't have to have them I would have left them there, but they belong to someone else . I will never go back of course and I will leave a bad review every where I can. This is the worst dry cleaners ever! Tried them 5 years ago and they lost a top that they would not replace or do anything about. Decided to give them a second chance 5 years later. Brought in a brand new dress that I got for my birthday cut off the price tag of $225 just to be steamed. They ruined my dress! Stains everywhere! This was a brand new dress!! The owner was rude. Said he had to dry clean at three times... no s***.. he ruined my dress. He would not even reimburse me for the cleaning. If I had more time and I might still do it because I have the receipt and pictures of my dress report him to the Better Business Bureau and maybe contact Channel 9 News. This is the fastest dry cleaner I've ever been to, and the best. I am always staining my tan work blazer with pen marks and they miraculously get them out every time. Turnaround is 48 -72 hours, and they are on it with being quick. Inexpensive prices- very fair. They have even cleaned heavy down comforters and a coach purse for me! You can't beat it. read more

It's not just a dry cleaning business. They dry clean, they launder clothes to your specifications, they make alterations to make your clothes fit better, they do it quickly, and they do it for a reasonable fee. I needed to have a tux dry cleaned and 2 pairs of pants shortened within 1 day. They kept their promise and had everything ready earlier than expected. I could not be more satisfied. read more

Made the mistake of waiting until the weekend, to get some dress shirts and slacks dry cleaned...This is the only place I could find, that actually does same-day cleaning, on Saturdays...excellent customer service, great overall experience! This dry cleaners in Altamonte Springs CLAIM to be experts in cleaning wedding gowns ..DO NOT BELIEVE IT! They WASHED my vintage gown three days before my wedding and took the color out of the glass beads, pulled the beads from the cording and the dress lost many of the pearls. Lose pieces of the cording were stuffed in the back of the dress. I went to retrieve it prior to our event and it was covered in a white plastic bag so nothing was immediately noticed. I paid the $80.00 as requested by the owners wife who told me her husband was upset because she did not charge me the $125.00 they would usually request. Only when I went to transfer it into another garment bag did I make this horrifying discovery of what they had done. It was three days prior to my wedding and I had no choice but to wear the limp rag it had become. They offered no apologies or return of the money I had paid. I would strongly advise that you use only dry cleaners that are recommended by bridal shops themselves. Hanging a sign in the window claiming to be experts does not make you one! read more

This establishment completely messed up altering a T-shirt I bought as a souvenir, (the hem was made much too short) then the person working blamed it on my instructions, and did not offer any apology or compensation. In addition, whoever wrapped the shirt in plastic and paper tore a hole in the fabric with a staple. The "repair", which took an additional day, created an uneven hem and fit on the right shoulder. If other people have had a positive experience, that is fine, but this was poorly done work, and this item is not usable. I have lost nearly $30 on a new clothing item, which is unacceptable.
