If you can go anywhere else do it. This place is absolutely the lowest. Web page is no help. What they don't tell you is that you have to apply before you have access to forms online. Sam the instructor is a cigarette seeking car instructor. All stops were at gas stations for bathroom breaks. Ya right. I used this school twice and both times had HORRIBLE experiences with instructor SAM. My oldest son complained about how rude he was and how he had to pull over multiple times to allow the man to get out and smoke.....attempted to schedule with him when it was time for my youngest son (SAM was the only option based on my son's schedule) and SAM was rude to my son and me.....I scheduled with another instructor in a different city since I had already paid upfront and that instructor was amazing. The school is fine, doesn't hold their instructors accountable, so if you go to schedule DO NOT USE SAM!!!!!!! It's best to schedule further out for a professional instructor. read more

despite the "professional" in their name, they are anything but!! Larry's car is an absolute mess, and his phone was blaring ads for senior benefits and social security the entire 2 hours, which is extremely distracting. he also got upset when I messed up during maneuverability (this was my first lesson), even slamming his phone down on the stack of papers in his lap and going "ma'am... are we supposed to run over my cones..." in an aggravated tone, which made me nearly start crying. my other instructor, Paul, was a bit better, but he was playing solitaire while we were practicing maneuverability. after my lesson, I made a mistake assumed that they were taking me home when they weren't, and he got really mad and was more concerned about how his boss "already hates him", which also nearly made me start crying. I go into the office to let them know that I made a mistake, and this woman (idk who she was) comes out, and tells me that I can't wear crocs to my test or they will make me retake it (I know this already but I did not have enough time to change my shoes before my lesson) so I said "yeah I know" and i guess she did not like how I said it, so she began yelling at me for "dismissing her and giving her attitude when she was just trying to help me" before going to the back room and talking about me with the other employees. this lady actually made me cry. how are you going to have a business helping teenagers learn, yet get mad at them when they inevitablely make mistakes?? super unprofessional, do not book any lessons here. read more

I Called the main number (216) 941-6888 to ask a few questions regarding the teen driving program. A lady answered the phone and quickly said "Please Ho" and then I was put on hold before she even finished the last word. When she answered again, it sounded like a call center in India. She was hard to hear due to all the other people talking in the background. When I said "I have a few questions regarding the teen driving program", her reply was "what questions?" I quickly realized the lack of professionalism with this company. At that point I simply said "never mind" and hung up. I took online driving school and used this place to get my incars completed. Probably a more stressful experience than it should have been. First off, sending in my paperwork to confirm I had taken online driving school with another service was a nightmare, the staff was extremely rude over the phone. Secondly, my first lesson resulted in me crying because my instructor decided to scream at me. He and I were fine until my final lesson when my dad couldn't drop me off. Never made the effort to reschedule with me. Never returned my calls. So I never even had the final lesson, I just waited until I turned 18 to take my driver's exam. Truthfully, it saves a few bucks but it's not worth the running around and stress it caused me for no good reason. This place sucks. read more

This company deserves no stars. The lady answering the phone is rude. They cut you off while trying to speak. They accepted payment for behind the wheel lessons when they don't even have any openings for behind the wheel. They tell you to check the schedule EVERYDAY with NO available dates. What makes it worse is when you ask for a refund of your money they want you to prove that your payment cleared. John is extremely rude. I was supposed to have him for all my BTW sessions but he berated me the entire time, yelled at me, and caused me to have a panic attack during maneuverability. During this attack, I lost my contact from crying and he still forced me to drive to his house so he could get his kids off the bus even though I couldn't see. I have spoken with several other students that went to my high school that had similar experiences and he's made all of the girls cry. Please ask for one of the women if you go here. read more

Here is a PSA for anyone even thinking of using this company: DON'T. My son took his classroom portion online, and we were going to use Professional for the in-car portion. Mr. Fowler picked him up at 6:45 for his 6:30 TWO-HOUR session, and he just got home at 10:35. I called to find out where my son was and to tell him I wanted him home, and Mr. Fowler kicked us out of the school and talked badly about me to my son and the other woman in the car, who was driving my son around at this point. This was all after he stopped at McDonald's TWICE on my son's time and on my dime. If I could give a negative review, I would. This company is the furthest thing from "professional." read more

I was very offended when I when I came here to schedule my adult driving classes. I am 24 and I was treated like a young child. The woman at the counter, I don't know her name but she had dark hair and glasses, barely made eye contact with me and didn't address me when talking about their availability. She addressed the person I was with over me, even though that person had nothing to do with scheduling these classes. I tried to make it obvious that I am the one that's paying for, taking, and scheduling the classes, but she would not even look me in the eye and was telling the person I was with when I could schedule. I know that typically these places deal with teenagers, but I think they should change their tone upon hearing that someone is an adult with a full time job. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how bad this place is. Talk about the most unprofessional company and hired employees I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!! DO NOT!! DO NOT!! DO NOT!!!!! I signed my son up for the behind the wheel training with this school after he completed his online training required. Once we received the certificate of completion, I paid the $300 for the BTW. I work in the insurance industry and I know how important it is to be thorough and complete with paperwork. Website advises that the student will need a list of paperwork to begin training. I uploaded all the paperwork, labelled and in closing I said let me know if I can be of further assistance and if there is anything else we need, please let me know. I paid $300 for him to start BTW. Well what the website didn't tell you is that due to COVID-19, the instructors are opening up their availability at their own discretion. For 2 months we couldn't get him driving with an instructor and when we finally did, the instructors available were not from our locality so I had to drive him to and from the localities available since the only at home pick up and drop off is from your own locality. Day 1 of driving, he was to bring all ORIGINAL paperwork received from his online school. The original paperwork received looked like a regular copy of a certificate, but its my 1st teen driver and I don't know the difference to compare to any other. The instructor kept all his paperwork except the grading paper he'd have to give to each driver upon completion. My son has now completed his BTW hours. Today I see a message in ALL CAPS from Nitza advising she needs the "original certificate" from his online driving school. This is her 2nd message on the message board on the website in his profile. The 1st in regular type with typos as well. The 2nd is with all capital typing. I'm a professional in the insurance industry, an agent to be exact and I know proper typing educate and I know that all caps means yelling. So I call the school. Nitza so happens to answer and she isn't professional to no surprise. The greeting goes like this "DRIVING SCHOOL". I said "Who am I speaking with? "NITZA, How can I help?" Oh ok. Well Nitza, I explained why I'm calling and I tell her that driver kept that paperwork. She proceeds to tell me "Well we need the original" I said "what you have is what we received from the online driving school, that's all they sent us" As I'm speaking, she is speaking over me and tells me that "It can't be! it looks like a copy and not an original" I said Ok well I'm telling you that is exactly what we received because your website said he will need the original on his 1st day with his driver and that's what I sent in a folder along with the other paperwork required. Well apparently I was talking to myself because she put the phone down and I could hear her from a far asking is that the paper work because it looks like a copy. She gets back on the phone and dismisses my claim and says I'll just process it. I even asked her why she keeps cutting me off when I'm trying to have a conversation with her and she still cuts me off to say "I'm not". Tells me she'll process it and hangs up. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM FOR MY OTHER KIDS AND I WILL MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO DETURE BUSINESS THEIR WAY.( IN ALL CAPS!) read more

When I came here for class I felt the classes could have been shortened to 2 hours from 4 hours because for half the class we only heard about personal problems from the instructors. After finally completing my classes I requested my papers and certification and was told I won't be able to get it today because the woman in the office didn't want to file it. The learning cars are dirty and not kept up to standards. If you're reading this take my advice and go to heights it's right across the street and they run a much better business. read more

This school is horrible the class part was good didn't have a problem with that, I didn't have a problem with my first instructor George he had an accent but I still could understand him and was doing very good with course. When I went to do my practice before going to bmv to test I got MR. FOWLER he was so rude talking to me like I was his child calling me names and all he was talking about is how he known an this and that how the police know him in Parma and he the "HNIC"!! He was soo rude & he didn't even know me from jump when I got in care he was bashing the instructor I had & when called head place they put me on speaker an let him hear everything. Coming from a students perspective, it has mixed reviews. The class itself was wonderful and informative and I'd highly recommend even if one was over 18! The in car lessons were a different story however. I expected to be treated with the same respect as in the classroom but this was far from the case. I was yelled at constantly and even many times brought me to a point where i was uncontrollably sobbing. I didn't think a man could be so heartless to a person. It became so bad that I was terrified to even get in the car. I'm not sure how the other instructors were but John is definitely the worst human I've ever met. If one were to schedule in cars here please save yourself the trouble and schedule with someone who is not John. read more

Very unprofessional...my son's first driving portion of the class was canceled...but not by me! While our plans were rearranged to accommodate this particular schedule, we waited and waited for the instructor to pick him up. Unfortunately, that never occurred. After contacting someone who was of no help, it was determined that my son was not going to be picked up. Upon calling the following morning, we were informed that the driving portion was canceled; however, no one could explain by whom nor when. Class time was another issue - the lesson consistently began late and it was told to me that class time was, fair enough to say, "a free-for-all." So glad I paid $335 for unprofessional driving school. Definitely would not recommend. read more
