Both times I have called for information they have been extremely and unnecessarily rude and nasty. If I could leave a zero I would.

Scott. J. Haley. if you've been to Metro, you will NEVER forget this mans name, I'm 30--took…read morethese classes @ 15 & still remember that man. Kathy did my on roads, she was fantastic - Scott is a old fashioned teacher, he likes the rules to be followed- follow his rules, you'll have no problems. i'll always use my blinker whenever my wheel turns, i always let the person on the RIGHT at a 4-way stop go first, I always check my blind spot before merginf & ya know what - I've never been in an at fault accident in my life.

I took classes here many years ago but I thought it should be known my experience. Scott J. Haley…read morewas a piece of work for sure. Why this is said because the first class he was intensely mentioning the time for the break, however, he misworded himself twice and it seemed like a fairly long break but my friend heard the same thing so we walked to Giant Eagle to use the bathroom and then we found out we were late and he made a HUGE scene about it. He yelled at our parents and us. Okay, so class one down. Thereafter the classes were informative but relatively wordy for my guess the purposes of the required time in the classroom. His wife was incredibly friendly and helpful and I am saddened to hear of her passing. Overall, the students were all high school age who were rude and insubordinate so I don't blame him for having to be tough. I hate high school age kids, I was the science club-president-morning-announcement-office-page person so I did not act out, ever but I guess we are all the same at the end of the day. The in cars were interesting. I had Patti the first and second time and it consisted of her telling us about her kids and her life problems for the duration of the entire trip. The maneuverability practice was similar, she would continue to talk about her problems while I ran over the cones repeatedly. She also made sure we stopped for ample smoking breaks. I did get to go on the highway with her, to go to her house to turn off her oven or something. So not so helpful. The third time I had a new women whose name I forgot. She was similar to Patti in that she smoked every second we were out of the car and she had quite the personality no doubt. However, during maneuverability she taught me how to successfully pass the driving test with the most-unusual but functional trick. Patti used steering wheel positions and did not work. The new women just said practice driving up around then and then when you go back half pedal and count to three then break and it worked. I passed my driving test the first time so everything was good in the world and they designed the terrible driver I am today. All-in-all, it is driving school. The experience sucks but whatever. My big problem though was that in my class there was this kid who went to my high school who had a crime record as long as the mistakes that Trump has made since taking office (so long as hell). He was in the class obviously and was not 18 yet, however he would act up all class so Scott must of known who he was. However, at the end of class, he would hop in his car and drive away. Unless it is court ordered or something, which I doubt because this kid was like a third-year freshman but he probably didn't ever get his license.
