Though it eliminated being committed to a specific class time and transportation to the school, it was a VERY inefficient use of time. I'd suggest scheduling the in-seat class time instead to spare everyone a headache. 2. It is made clear that in car driving can not be scheduled until the classroom lessons are complete. What is NOT clear is that you can NOT actually schedule anything upfront when the course IS done. You have to continually log into the site to (hopefully) catch an open spot. The office will tell you to check 3 times a day. 14 days later, checking the site nearly 125 times, between 2 parents and the student, and we've been able to schedule only 2 lessons. It's absurd. 3. The behind-the-wheel instructor has been great (at the appointments we've been able to schedule). That's been the only true positive part so far. For my younger child, I'll definitely be using a different company. For the current student, I can't afford to start over somewhere else so we're stuck stalking the schedule for 6 more appointments.

The online website is an absolute mess…read more Every page has a required amount of time you must spend to read the page, so if you're a fast reader, you're just sitting there waiting for the timer to end so you can go to the next page. It's also pretty outdated, with numerous videos you HAVE to take quizzes on being completely unavailable now- leaving you to guess the answers by randomly selecting it and seeing if it's right or wrong since you can't see the video the questions are based on. The progress bar also likes to adjust itself randomly. Multiple times I have left the website at a certain percentage (Say, 28%) and come back the next day to see it's at a lower percentage (26%). I would like to emphasize that they do not use their own curriculum in the online course- it is completely through a separate company IGottaDrive, however if you are offering courses to teach people to drive, at least ensure the material in the course is not outdated... The course still states drivers need to be less than 18 to take the course when the Ohio law has changed. Lastly, the online class takes FOREVER to complete. Yes, you have 6 months to complete, but that's because of the required amount of time spent on each page, the unavoidable 2 hour break, and the fact that quizzes are often based on videos that are unable to be watched. Try somewhere else if you're looking for an online class.. I completed a tour and was impressed with cleanliness of the facility. I was told at the time that there was only one slot available and to secure it I was to pay the $75 application fee. I went home right away and paid. This was back in December of 2021.I received an email stating my kiddo was approved. I was so excited for her to start. Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility. As a elementary school principal, I have pretty high standards about learning and about leadership. I may have been late picking them up maybe 6 times in the maybe 6 months they were there, but never any longer than 20 min. I work 5 minutes down the street in a salon and yes sometimes I run over when I have clients. It was usually 5-10 at the most when it happened. And, I DIDN'T BLOW PAST you. I didn't even know who you were. I never met you before until that day. I thought you were a parent and I was going into the classroom to get my kids. When you told me I needed to do swipes I told you I didn't have my card on me that day and would do them the next day. You then told me I would be charged Out of pocket and I said " fine!! Not only were they forced into the office half of the time and punished for being picked on, they NEVER reprimanded the bully. This is one of the many irritating things this school does. Their justice system is overly messed up, not taking care of a student unless they're popular. Not to mention, my grandchild is qualified for a 504 plan. They did not respect this. They claimed that their grades were enough for them to not qualify for one? What BULLSHIT! They would step on the kids who struggled to boost the other popular students up. The only thing good to come out of that school was the music program. The teachers in that corner of the school are angels compared to the rest. Some might think maybe I'd have something nice to say about the counselors. WRONG. These counselors do not do their jobs at all. My grandchild went to them about issues with friends and they didn't help at all. In fact, they PULLED them into the same room. Resulting in making the problem worse. I don't know what these peoples thought processes are, but it's obviously not a good one. Some of the teachers tend to be racist. My grandchild had a few friends that weren't strictly white, and these teachers would degrade, pick on, and insult these students. This school is just disgusting. The food tends to be awful, the teachers are cruel. The only thing I support in that school are the rare, kind teachers, and the music department.
