They call you won't identify. Won't tell you what the debt is date or amount. Never mail anything when you ask for proof. Half the numbers come from out of state or say likely scam. i am even getting hang up calls from them! auto message to please hold for call from then it disconnects. Vm that request calls back but won't provide details. If you do get a live person they ask private data which I won't disclose without knowing who they are. I told them to mail me a bill and a month of harassing calls from at least six numbers, and nothing! I know I don't owe anyone as my credit always been in the 800+ credit ... I contacted a lawyer that sued unethical debt collectors. how can I pay a debt or know what it is if no one send me a bill? I lived at same location for 7 years and if I owed anyone they could have mailed me. I had the same number for two decades. if this is not a scam, it is a shakedown. This is a scam . They ruin your credit by resubmitting the old credit report which is very close to be removed off the record. And no company ever contacted them to report anything This piece of shit company knows my record is about to go off the record and they won't get paid so they resubmitted as a new debt so it will.stay on record for another 7 years and chances are people may end up paying them . Received a collections bill from them from my so called non paid medical expenses. No dates. 5 amounts, none of which were in my medical record on line. My medical foundation shows my balance as zero. I pay my medical bills monthly and have multiple reimbursments on record for overpayment or double payments. They are the worst form of human beings, scamming on whomever they can. Do not send these parasites any money! When I called, they offered no insight as to the where my account number came from (bogus), all original account invoices were non existent according to my medical foundation. Check my credit score today and noticed this unusual item in collection, which is impossible with someone like me who pays everything on time!! I called the number listed on my account to ask what this charge was and gave them my information and they where unable to find my information(red flag 1) I then asked how is it I have this charge yet you cannot fins my info, whats the name if this business because I have never left anything unpaid and the lady answered my question with a question and avoided to answer me and I asked again and all of a sudden the phone line went hay wire! which never happens to me on any phone call (red flag 2) so I hung up and called back the SAME number and out of no where the phone number was out of service!!! DO NOT PAY THE RANSOM! Trust me you will thank me later or wish you would have listened. Don't know where to start, but just like the other reviews for whatever this place is on yelp, I believe the 1 star yelp review average they have earned is more than favorable and generous for them. I unfortunately crossed paths with these people as I saw a dept I apparently owed for a city I never lived in and a place I have never heard of for around $200. I tryed calling the number linked to get this "Professional Credit Services" and asking for more information on this obvious fraudulent charge to my credit and realized just how unprofessional they are. I was foolish enough to just pay the ransom as I don't want this on my credit report. I later found out what a horrible mistake this was. I won't mention names as I don't believe in that when writing a negative review even though the service was atrocious from the person who answers the phone to the manager on duty. I don't think it's fair, I just wish them well as they are obviously very miserable working for this curupt organization. I will try keeping this as short as possible. I paid the ransom as they demanded with promise they would take this off my credit. They didnt hold their end of the deal. I have made several follow up calls and every time I ask them why it has not been taken off and when it will be i get a different answer looks like I will just need to deal with Transunion as I have been a victim to their hustle. "Professional" Credit Service is the least professional, and most nefarious debt collection agency I have been forced to work with. The company contacted my wife and I over an old medical debt that they acquired (for far less than we could ever have settled for) that went unpaid because the hospital would "not accept" the small payments she could afford. This debt collector first garnished our bank account leaving us penniless (on the day of our first wedding anniversary to boot) then repeatedly lied to us, intentionally confused us by changing automatic payment dates every month, then took us off of our automatic payment plan due to "late payments" then demanded we pay the full balance because we "failed to keep our payment arrangements." If you are ever contacted by this company, be forewarned - you are dealing with the devil himself. read more

I received a collection letter in the mail from this company and the judgment they are trying to collect on was released by the Oregon Dept. of Revenue over 4 years ago. It is now up to almost $5000 and more than half of that is interest. I am not sure who I am supposed to contact to deal with these people. Professional Credit accepted a debt as collection in 2015 . My VA insurance paid Oregon Medical Group but Oregon Medical left this with Professional Credit and continues to attempt to collect more money because they felt $871.00 for 10 minutes of work was not enough and makes it difficult for the doctor to make his Ferrari payments. That works out to about $5,000.00 per hour. I am retired and I make that much in four months. Now the bill is over $1,100.00. I have paid thousands of dollars in higher interest rates over the past 5 years because of the greed of the privileged. Hopefully some day we will elect politicians who will put an end to this type of institution charging outrageous fees "because they can". read more

Somehow an unknown and subsequently unpaid bill was sent to this agency and they sent me a letter saying money was owed. They have some of the worst customer service. All of the other reviews talk about them answering there phones- when I called; their call volume was so high the phone system made me leave a voicemail. I called 4 different days and times- left four messages all of which were never returned. I paid my amount owed in full and yet never received a letter saying the account was settled. This was months ago mind you, so the possibility of that letter coming in the mail has clearly passed. Definitely want the better business bureaus eyes on this shoddy spot. read more

I am making payments on valid debts and they went over everything as I surprisingly received a bill in the mail from the company that they are collecting for. Managers won't return phone calls and overall horrible experience with these people. I wound up paying off collections that weren't even mine just to get these people out of my lives. My husband and I thought we would be ahead of the curve and started to pay his old medical debt before they ever contacted us we dropped $2000 towards his balance and they wanted us to pay the full amount even though we set up a payment arrangement. We are being billed by Professional Credit Service for $ 353.83 and they put a Court Judgement on our credit report. We paid them this money and have a canceled check for this dating back to Sept 14, 2015. They CLAIM they gave the credit to some one else account and not ours because the amount we paid ( which was way over $400) a amount that was close to the amount they where in debt to. They said it was our fault somehow. It seems they paid one of our medical bills, but didn't give us credit for the Small Clains Costs and the Peace Healh laboratories. So they paid some of the bills on the claim and not others and they are trying to bill us twice for $ 353.83 and they claim it's our fault , It's seems to be very strange and someone needs to look at what there doing, because no Government agency is looking into this fraud. read more

I had an invalid debt sent to them so I went through their process to dispute it. I sent in the necessary paperwork immediately to their designated email. I then emailed them several times asking if they needed any additional information or if my case was resolved- I sent probably ten emails and never heard back with a call to my phone or an email response. In addition, I called them 4-5 times a week over a period of almost three months to "check the status of my dispute". Every time I called, they said it was still in process. After a couple of weeks from the date I sent in the documentation, I asked if they could give me confirmation that it was sent to the client- that was when they realized that they hadn't yet!! I had been calling all this time to find that they hadn't even communicated my information to the client to verify that I didn't actually owe the debt but that they would that day. I asked if I could contact the client themselves and they told me that it was not an option. In addition, EVERY time I called, I checked in with them to make sure that they would not contact the credit bureaus because I knew this was an invalid debt- they always said "don't worry, we do not contact them unless the client says that your claim is invalid, and we would contact you first in that case before we contact the credit bureaus". After almost two months of calling several times a week now to check to see if the client had responded, I asked again about them not contacting the credit bureaus to which the lady said "oh it looks like we don't have a phone number on file for you to contact if we hear back from the client". That means that all those people that I had talked to in the couple of months prior were lying to me when they said they would contact me before the credit bureau. THAT WAS IT. I called the client myself and asked told them I had been waiting a long time for them to verify the information that was sent to them by PCS. They told me they never received any information- PCS NEVER SENT IT TO THEM- ANOTHER LIE! The client told me to send them my documentation directly and they verified that it was invalid within an hour and sent the information to PCS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. read more

This company was given information from a dentist, even though we clearly gave the correct truth of the situation (the dentist charged us illegally for things we didn't have done) and because the dentist provided his OWN paperwork with his own mocked up charges, well i'm sure you can see where this is headed. It's amazing how the consumer cannot protect their OWN credit from dishonest people but others can ding it with their words. this is without doubt one of the worst credit collection companies that i have ever seen. they work together with consumer cellular to provide rotten customer service and collections. i know, because i am a victim of them also. between the both of them, many complaints have been lodged against them for there relentless collection reporting and yet, nothing has been done about it. both ned to be held accountable for there actions and i myself would like to see a class action lawsuit against both of them. the state attorneys office is aware of the problem as well as the bbb. but they haven't done any filing of action against them for some reason. don't do business with any of these companies. read more
