The quoted price was very affordable, for the job he did he should have charged more! When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair.
