WOW!! Now I know what it feels like to be raped. I am sorry for the extreme comparison however that is how I feel after finding out I was charged double becuase they could and it was my fault for not haggling with them. I purchased two headrests with 7 inch monitor and dvd player the first time I was there. I was told that each individual unit would play it's own dvd's. That was not true and only found out after install. One screen stopped working and they told me to upgrade to another one that played individually which is what I originally paid for in the first place. The sold me because I was a sucker for thier BS. Anyways I went home to see how good of a deal they gave me. After discovering this I asked them for the original headrests to be installed and a refund on the difference and "Alex" the manager was very aggresive and argumentative. Absolutely no customer service here, when asked for the owners name and number he refused. Alex offered 200.00 worth of merchandise and I explained to him that I was not interested, I did not need any sub woofers, etc. Please stay away from this place or come prepared. Bring a smart phone to google tier prices on th spot and be prepared to hggle. This is not a customer focused store. Manteca is a small family town and this business surely does not fit in here. I walked in and waited while two employees were with one couple at the stereo bar and one employee was on his phone and on the computer at the same time. When I'd entered, every employee turned and looked at me, but no one even acknowledged me. I waited 4 to 5 minutes. Then a young couple walked in, and immediately, one employee left the couple at the stereo bar and rushed to shake the boy's hand and ask what he wanted. I walked out. Lesson to small business owners everywhere: do not judge the value of a customer by their appearance. I am not in my 20s like the other people in this store, but I also have a bigger network of friends and business associates who might want your service, and I have a lot more money to spend. I called on the Friday evening before Mother's Day to get a quote to get my mom's windows tinted on a 2015 Nissan Rogue as a gift for her. They were super professional on the phone and let me know that they had an appointment for first thing Saturday morning at 9 a.m. I told them that would be perfect. I showed up at the shop at around 8:45 and they were open and told me that they could get the car in right away and it would take about 2 hours. They had a nice spot for me to sit, we had a great conversation and they were really nice gentleman. It ended up only taking about an hour and 20 minutes for the whole job to be done. So about a week ago I went in to buy a radio for my car, Alex helped me pick one out along with the tray suitable for my car and threw in a free aux cord. I really hate leaving a one-star but these guys did a terrible job on tinting my vehicle there's a ton of bubbles in the back they also broke a panel trying to get it to fit and try to cover it up likewise the guy went into the back of my car with his shoes on there's oil all over my carpet at first he denied it but if you saw my car you would know that there's no way I would have that much oil or dirt in the back then when I pointed to a shoes being oily he said oh that's right we'll clean it don't worry it's been almost a year and my tint has faded to purple I paid almost two hundred bucks for this thinking you get what you pay for a $99 job would have been a lot better read more

These guys are very professional. I took them a audio system that I purchased on line. They installed it and I started having problems with it almost immediately. Even though I did not purchase it from them they did what they could to try to make it work right. A couple of days later I went back to them to have it removed and the stock radio put back into the car. They pulled the junk new radio out and re-installed the old radio at no charge. They are very good and knowledgeable. Next time I will be purchasing an audio system from them and have them do the install. This has now become the place that I will go for all of my car audio needs. I also purchased some Alpine speakers from them, had them do the install and they sound great even with the factory radio. My first visit in May was just to get a stereo for my truck after the Aux cord broke on my OEM deck. Alex got me hooked up with a Pioneer deck, wiring harness and adapter and out the door in 5 minutes. It was the fastest and best customer service I had ever experienced with unbeatable pricing. A few weeks later I brought my '62 Nova in and they decked it out in a day and a half with a full stereo and alarm. Again, I was thoroughly impressed at the workmanship and speed of execution. They even added the sound deadening to the trunk and nothing rattles when the bass thumps. My classic car has show quality sound now. I could not be more happy. I've got the stereo and the side pipes to pleasure my ears. Finally, I took in my Boat and they again turned it around in a day. 4 new speakers on the tower, 4 in the interior and a 10" JL sub. I can't enough good things about this place. We went in here to get our windows tinted on my wife's new car. They did an amazing Job. We looked at the stereos while here and said we would come back. We looked all over Manteca and online. There prices might be a little higher than online. but there customer service you get here was unbelievable. We bought my wife stereo here and the installation was fast and very well done. They had to order parts and it was faster for them to get the parts than I could of. Took one day. with all this said. I then needed to replace the stereo in my car. I went right back in and once again. Very professional. What I was very pleased with through all this, they did not try to sell me something I did not want or need. They asked my what I wanted in the radio then showed me my options. They did an amazing job with the sound system for my 2009 Chevy Tahoe. Immediately, I was very impressed that he did not try and upsell me on a larger more expensive audio system for my truck (which is what I originally wanted). Nabil explained that my factory radio was very good and had excellent functionality. He recommended that I change my all four speakers in the car and install a subwoofer. I ended up purchasing a subwoofer box for my Tahoe that goes installed inside the center console. The installation was not easy as the box was a very tight fit. Ok so this is a few years overdue but first off i shopped around looking for the best deal, so i come in to get my indash touch screen installed and the middle eastern guy, (Alex i believe is his name)says he has everything to install it asap and gives me a good price. Keep in mind i told him the rear speakers had a seperate amp, he tells me "no worries buddy i take care of you i am professional", so they start the install, well they didnt have the bezel to fit the indash in my car, so he tells me come back tomorrow he will have it (this is unprofessional and inconvenient seeing as he already told me he had the parts and it would only take a few minutes). So i come back the next day...they finish the install, i take off...i then have to come back immediately....the rear speakers arent working! I let the guy Alex know, he says "buddy they have a seperate amp it costs another $80 to hook them up for labor and materials)..at this point im pissed, i had already told him this before he agreed on a price..also now as much time and money i have spent i didnt save any money coming here, i could have went anywhere else in town and saved money and time. So he cuts me a half ass deal and i take it just becuase i want my stereo fixed and to gtfo of there, so everything is working well for a few weeks then suddenly the sound cuts off and on, sounded like a loose connection to me. So i come back AGAIN! I tell them the problem and they ask for my receipt so they can look at it or it was a $70 labor/diagnostics fee!!! WTF!!!?!?? Like he didnt recognize me from a few weeks earlier!!?!?! Anyway i didnt have the receipt i threw it away becuase they crossed out the line that stated the warranty and i was assumng they had my info on a copy of the receipt since it was from a receipt book with ink paper especially made to make multiple copies when written out, i also paid with my debit card so they should have had my info regardless. This is the absolute worst experience ive ever had, the slaesman/owner Alex lied and b.s'd his way into getting some business and didnt honor any of his word. I will never be back and i dont recommend anybody go here. read more

I have had three vehicles worked on by Alex and his crew at professional auto stereo and security. One thing I like is their waiting room with comfortable couches and a large TV that makes the wait not too bad. I have always been given the best prices here by far and they have always done excellent work. This most recent experience however was so great, I had to get on yelp to give them a thumbs up. I had an in dash DVD/bluetooth/CD deck installed a couple of days ago and I was given a great deal. Alex gave me a price that was WAY better than anywhere else around, and trust me, I always shop around and make sure I get the best price. After a couple days I noticed the deck was very slightly crooked in the dash (probably just me being nit picky) but it bothered me so I gave Alex a call. He said to bring it in and he would take care of it for me. I took my truck back in today and Alex and his crew straightened out the deck for me and told me they understand people pay a lot of their hard earned money for this car audio equipment and they want to make sure its done right.
