I left a review during their grand opening, and I was pleased with the quality of my acrylic full set, my friend's gel manicure, and her eyebrow/lip wax. They were really friendly, and the salon is clean and welcoming. I have gone back several times since, and my nails always stay looking great for 3-4 weeks+. Although I shouldn't wait that long since they grow out fast, the quality of the polish is impressive because there are never any chips or fading, as I've experienced with lots of other nail salons. This will continue to be my go-to place. I notice they have tons of other 5-star reviews in the "non recommended" and hopefully people check those out too. I always get exactly what I ask for. There are so many choices and the nail techs are happy to mix colors and styles. Also the new pedicures they offer are awesome. Pearl or Green Tea baby! The space is roomy and feels open even when it is crowded. I was driving here all the way from Henderson before the management change and will continue making the drive. It's worth it! read more

Cute Salon, clean and nice decor. Third time there, and just not consistent. Every time I come I show a photo of the nail style I want and the tech seems to do what he or she wants. I ask for two color accents nails, its extra? Its just polish, its never been extra. Their prices are high, you would think they would treat their loyal guests who come during this COVID with better respect, nope. I have been charged twice now for something I never was charged for before and when I asked they didn't apologize, they just "forgot" to tell me or another excuse. They always try to sell me something extra with my pedicures and when I say no, the tone changes and I feel you get treated differently. I called on a Monday, asking if a 6:30pm fill appointment on the following Thursday was alright. I also offered a Saturday appointment if the 6:30 weekday appointment was too close to closing time, but was told the Thursday at 6:30 was alright. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:33, three minutes late, and received a call from the business as I was parking - presumably to see if I was coming. I checked in and was seated with a different tech than I ask for (not a huge thing for me, but worth noting as I asked for a tech by name when I made the appointment). She started filing down my previous manicure while I was matching colors to a photo I brought in. I selected 5 colors (one for each finger) at the very beginning of my appointment, and it was only as she was placing the base coat that she informed me of a $5 fee for selecting so many colors. My previous full set had 3 colors and no fee was applied. It seemed like my late appointment was very bothersome, and selecting more than one nail polish color was also quite a burden. I paid the same for my full set as I did for a fill. The quality of the fill was perfectly fine, but I will not be returning for my next fill or any other service. read more

Bad bad bad. They have a point system that stores credits toward a discount on future services. They printout your points on your receipt. But what they don't tell you is that if you don't save your receipt you can never use your points in the future, even though they have a record of your points in their system. This place ruined my nails. I came to get a pedicure/manicure for my birthday, my appointment was at 4pm. I did not leave this place until just before 9 pm. The man that originally did my nails didn't cut the natural nail at all so they were hanging with a gap underneath the tips he put on. He insisted it was fine so he nearly finished.. then argued that they were okay the way they were. A woman came over & said she would fix them for me. When taking them off, my natural nail was filed down so much that they bent in half. Finally, when my nails were done.. I was still charged over $100 for the basic pedicure (nail polish only) and a dip manicure. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Additionally, the man who did the nails originally sat in the back pointing at me & talking with a coworker. I only take my time to write reviews for places that really deserve it.. ordinarily in a good way, but I felt it necessary to leave this review after the terrible service I received at this place. Also, I went to another place to get my nails done after my usual 2 weeks & they were unable to put tips on because my real nails were filed down so thin. read more

Want to start by saying I NEVER GIVE A BAD REVIEW, sadly even after the worst service I've been given but I'm fed up! I Had an appointment at one o'clock, (still here because i was almost refused treatment for asking about a price i was given before i booked) I was given a specific price previously and given the run around and upcharged once I got here. They had given my daughter a simple drawn on design nail before and all of a sudden they aren't able to, today, because i asked them to match the price i was given prior to coming in. Mind you The very next day that they did my daughters nails, they all came off. That was a service we paid for. They're ridiculously priced and rude when you try to explain what you want or express your concerns. All i was doing was trying to communicate with them and they took it as i was being argumentative, like I said as a result, the simple design that i asked for that they could have done, wasn't done. It's never about what the client wants or how the client feels just what they say, how they feel or the highway. I've tried giving them chance after chance but this will be my last time coming and I'll let my family and friends know about my experience here! Also for my real trendy nail girls!!! Their nails and supplies are extremely outdated! Their acrylic nails are curved, very old school, not the greatest shapes or designs, hence the reason I say they're ridiculously priced! Because it doesn't match the work they are giving out! YOU KNOW SHAPE IS IMPORTANT!!! My SHORT, SHORT, gel fill, solid color was $55. I was given a price of $45 prior so i guess they're honoring that Atleast!!! I can't imagine how much a long set full is for the type of quality given here. I can say one good thing though, JACKIE & HER HUSBAND JOHNNY are the ONLY UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT, CARING & PROFESSIONAL ONES IN THE BUILDING! read more

I've been 2 times and they do fantastic work! The 1st time I went Angie stayed open late for me AND honored a gift certificate I'd had for about 6 months from the previous owners. I had a gel mani and pedi and she did an awesome job. 2nd time I went they had changed their hours to stay open later. The first thing I noticed was how clean the salon was. The staff was friendly and personable. I used Yelp to make an appointment and heard back from the salon right away to schedule a pedicure and I was seated within 5 minutes of my arrival. Definitely will be back! read more

I had an coupon that had expired a week or so prior so when I first walked in I asked if they would still honor the 20% off. They said yes so I proceeded with my pedicure. When I got to the counter to pay however they said they would not honor it since it was expired. I told them that's why I had asked first and told them it was expired otherwise I would not have had my nails done. Bad business to lie to a customer just to have them fill a chair. Not to mention about half the workers were not wearing masks and were not recommending customers to do so either. I would not recommend and will not be returning. read more

My second time going to Professionails & I loved it. First time going I got a French tip with Jonny & he was really nice & took his time. The second time I went I had Charlie to get a full & color change. he really took his time to make sure everything was everything was even & smooth. My first time here was actually a great experience! I loved the pedicure options they had and wanted to come back to try the soft gel pedicure. On this visit I walked in and was asked to put my name in queue in their tablet. I made the mistake of not asking how long it would take before they could get to me. It turned out to be an hour. After 35 minutes of waiting they prepared a spa station for me to soak my feet in only to wait another 30 min. At this point I was committed to getting my pedicure! After the hour of waiting I finally had a pedicurist start working on my feet; however, she appeared to be the manager as she would work on my feet for 5 min but would then have to stop and greet every individual that walked in, figure out what service they needed and coordinated who would provide the service on the spot. In addition to these interruptions, she also managed the cash register. So anyone that was done and had to pay for their service she would again have to stop and service them and answer incoming calls. It didn't make this a very enjoyable experience by any means. There was no friendly chit chat during the service at all and to add insult to injury she made a point to tell me over and over again how dry my heels were and offered to put a special lotion ("Epoch") on for me. When I agreed she said ok it's "$25 for you to buy this is very good for your heels." It turns out it was their own line of products they sell. I declined and then she proceeded to pull up the towel with all the dead skin she scraped off of my feet for me and everyone else to see & repeatedly tell me how dry my heels were and how good her product would be. I told her "no thank you, I'll have to be more diligent to use lotion at home." I was NOT going to be shamed into buying her products. The whole ordeal took 2.5 hours. The soft gel pedicure was $55. The only thing different from a basic/bare minimum spa pedicure is that they use a soft gel polish that's not supposed to damage your nails and the massage (which was less than 5 minutes) takes place at the end of the service. That's it! I found the whole experience overpriced and unenjoyable. There are plenty of nail salons out there, I will not be back. read more
